Their food is good, but I went there during open hours today (both Google and their door said they were open when I went around 10:50 and stayed till 11) but the door was locked. There were people inside and I'm sure they saw me but they either didnt know the door was locked or didnt care. So I decided to get food from elsewhere.
Extremely rude employees. Me and my boyfriend waited to get our order taken at the desk and someone in the back asked this girl to take our order and she blatantly said “no”. We stood there for a few minutes and walked out. Do not come here unless you want to talk to employees with stank attitudes. She’s probably just mad she works there lol.
This location is always super super fast. The employees are always friendly and helpful! I am never disappointed. My boyfriend and I order from here almost every week and will continue.
On this day I went to this store. I walked in the employees and the manager didn’t even speak. One white girl was fixing the pizzas without any gloves. I ask for plates napkins and crush peppers the young boy didn’t know where it was at . Please do not waist your time going there. Unbelievable bad customer service there.Don’t waist your time. It wasn’t even busy there and the white boy was smoking a vapor inside the store sitting on the front counter.
The store is short on delivery drivers. Understandable. I called the store to get an update as my order status hadnt changed in over an hour. The employee on the other end was short, unapologetic and not showing any reasonable customer service. I wasn't even upset when I called. I just said I'd like to cancel the order that had been cooked and sitting and waiting for a driver for over an hour.
We waited on the pizza to be delivered and got a phone call at the last minute that there was no manager in the store and they could not deliver the pizza to us. That is poor customer service. Make sure your store is staffed or cut off deliveries.
Maddie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My gps location sent the wrong address and she still managed to bring me my pizza to the door with a smile on her face !! ❤️❤️
I called ahead a large order and was charged 16$ per pizza. When I told my family the price, they were confused on why the price was so high, so they called for clarification. The first time we called, we were told that was the price for delivery instead of carryout, so we took this information and decided to pickup instead. When we called back to change our order slightly, the phone was picked up, but the employees were bad mouthing us! They lied and said we accused them of jacking up prices? Are you for real? We didn't blame you for rising pizza prices? We were polite and genuinely curious about the hefty price, yet you want to lie and complain about us while we were on the phone? Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Last time I ordered it took 2 hours and I still had to go pick it up it was cold. Usually a really good store but have been disappointed the last couple times I've oreded
Order a Pizza and Chicken Alfredo wasn’t happy with my chicken Alfredo or pizza barely had any pasta to eat and my pizza was cold when it got delivered only 12 mins away from the Domino’s store so that unacceptable.
