The quality is not consistent. I understand that mostly it is going to be students preparing the beverages, but it is a hit or miss depending on the workers, which may go to say that they are not trained well.Sometimes they miss out on sugar; at other moments it is too much sugar, or goodness one time there was even no sugar at all! I just want the right amount I specified. And when you are spending 6 to 7 dollars on a bubble tea drink, you don't want to play roulette.

It will only be 3 stars if it’s in Duluth, but considering it’s the best tea you can get in Athens, I gave them 4 stars. Some teas are not good, but brown sugar milk tea is ok.
When I visited this store today for the first time today with my wife, I was extremely disappointed. They were not attentive at all, and the store seemed a little less put together and dirtier than the other boba places in Athens. The tea was alright, however will probably stick to my usual places from now on. It is worth trying if you like bubble tea

The quality of ding tea is so much better than bubble cafe ! The workers are so nice and knowledgeable about all the drinks !
i just recently tried milk tea, went here for the first time last wednesday and have been back 3 times since lol i’ve tried the winter melon milk tea (my favorite) and the hazelnut milk tea, but i tend to stick to what i know i like! i absolutely love ding tea everyone is always super nice and service is super fast!
Maybe it's because I come from an area with plenty of boba, but this Ding Tea location is definitely below average. I came here and ordered a mango green tea with regular sugar, less ice, and boba. They gave me such a tiny scoop of boba that I finished it before my drink. Also, the prices here are so high for such a small drink! The interior is cute, but that's the extent of it. I much prefer Bubble Cafe!
I had a nice refreshing strawberry milk tea. I like sweet treats, but I decided to customize my drink with "half sugar" and "slight ice". It was still plenty sweet for me, which was nice. The drink menu is extensive. I wish they had a handout that explained all the different flavors; many are unfamiliar to me. The placement of the screens for the menu are also at an awkward angle, but they have a printed version lower down near the register. Overall satisfied with my experience. I had a sip of my sister's brown sugar milk tea, and it was also quite good tasting. Would consider returning if I'm downtown again.
Clean and quick service. My granddaughter takes me to Ding Tea and she loves it. Her favorite boba is the ice cream boba for now. She also thinks the people are very nice.
