Not a great seat in the place. Service was descent at best. Orders were missed, brought out wrong, cold. No apologies for dumping ice water in a soup that it already had to be warmed up once. Felt rushed to get rid of our plates and pay but had to ask for salt pepper water warm food and our correct food.

Excellent atmosphere and great food. Service can sometimes be slow here, but the food always makes up for it. 3 locations in Athens so there's no excuse not to give them a try. I will return!

Waitress was incredibly nice and friendly, had recommendations (the peach margherita definitely impressed), and was able to answer any questions.I've had the food twice now, and it has been consistently amazing. Their gluten free penne pasta is delicious, and the marinara may be my favorite of any restaurants. I forget exactly what they're called on the menu, but their cheesy breadsticks are just to die for. They take some time to be made cause they're fresh, so order them with your drinks. The atmosphere was cozy and the tables had cool pictures on them.

Food is consistent, well decorated, and portion sizes are generous.Good lunch spot, dinner menu is slightly limited on options compared to some other Italian restaurants, but they what they do have has been pretty good.

Horrible service. Party of 7 came in at 6pm, gave our order within 15 min and waited 1 hour and 5 min for our food while being told it will be out in a few min. We got up as we had 3 hungry children with us and we had an appt to go to and we were already late. The waitress was very apologetic and gave us a discount on our food and packed it up for us. Other tables also waited as long as we did if not longer. I was sooo disappointed in the service as I heard this place was a great place to eat.

I very rarely write negative reviews about anything because I try to be kind and understanding about things. However, I got so upset trying to eat here that I finally had to just walk out.My dining partner and I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for our entrees and still nothing had come. At this point, I quietly just walked out and waited in the car. After an hour and a half wait, they finally brought the entrees. I never complained because I get very nervous and did not want to be called out for being a “Karen”, even though I would have been rational and polite and even though I feel like I had a right to complain in this particular case. The whole time our server said nothing to us about the wait. She also never brought any bread; 45 minutes into our wait, we asked if they were still serving bread, and she said they were out. We would have loved to have known this when we first sat down, in addition to the fact that it would take so long for the food to arrive. When my partner came out to the car, I asked if they had ever acknowledged the ridiculous wait time. He said that he had only been given a $10 discount from the manager, although the manager never came out to speak to him or apologize. The biggest issue here is the extremely poor, even nonexistent communication from both our server and the management of this restaurant. I understand that they were probably short-staffed in the kitchen, but an hour and a half wait is pretty much unheard of for any restaurant. If they had told us it would be that long when we sat down, I would have really respected that they gave us the choice of whether or not to accept that wait. Instead, the management and server pretended like nothing was wrong with regard to what I imagine were severe staffing problems in the kitchen. To top things off, when I got home, I discovered that the salmon I had ordered (my partner got it to-go after I walked out) was completely black on the bottom and was not even edible. Please stay away from this restaurant if you don’t want to wait an hour and a half for food that you can’t even eat, and then pay $75 for the privilege to do so.

Quick visit thru Athens to see family. We made reservations for a large party. Great service, wonderful food. The helped make our family dinner so special..Thank you.

Was super busy with holiday diners at lunch time but only had a very short wait. Our server had blue hair and awesome moon and star’s leggings! She was obviously very busy but was very attentive and had a fabulous disposition! The food was incredible. I highly recommend the Italian coffee! Best pizza in town!

Depamlas merits the praise! The appetizer, the $3 lunch wine, and the entrees are delicious. I will be going back.

I went there to meet potential employers for lunch. I had such a nice time there. I had never been to the restaurant before. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress was very pleasant and kind. The food portions were just right. Normally I take a doggy-bag home; not this time, lol. This was my first time out in Athens. Very nice place to visit!
