Always great ice cream treats great on these hot summer days friendly service
Well go in to place to order, the girl couldn't understand what I was saying so the manager came over and asked me what I would like and I explained to her what I would like. She still didn't put the order in right after she called it back to me. So I drove all the way back home to Danielsville thinking I have all my food and when I get home I realized that I do not have everything. So I called back down there to let them know that they forgot one of my burgers and they explained to me that no they only charged me for 1 when I ordered 2. And by the way who in the hell puts sweet coleslaw on a Burger someone needs to learn how to make slaw.
Ordered food and waited in dining room for over 29 minutes. Hard to believe it takes that long for "fast food."
I came through at 945. I had had a long day. I ordered 2 chic strip baskets and 6 buck cheeseburger deal. I get the food home wich is 5 minutes away. All of the fries were cold and hard. My cheeseburger was terrible. The bread was hard. There was what looked like 10 kids in there and most of them weren't doing anything. Ill be in tomorrow to get my money back. This is the 3rd time it's happened. Ill never go back
This was THE BEST DQ experience EVER!!! Customer service was AMAZING. Food was perfect!!! Me and my 4 grandbabies had a great time.
Great service but the ice cream just doesn't seem the same anymore. For instance.. chocolate shake made with chocolate syrup and not chocolate ice cream. . . ? That was super disappointing.
Drive through should have been designed better.
The service was great and timely. The food was done in an appropriate amount of time and then brought to our table. We really enjoyed our visit.
I went to dq 12/29/21 at 9 pmOrdered 3 number one meals.They dressed all the burgers with all condimentsLettuce tomatoes Mayo ketchup then put it in the microwave. Also the workers seemed to be on drugs and barely could keep their eyes open
