Had a disappointing experience at the CiCi's in Athens. I order a pizza online and the response (automatic, I suppose) said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the designated time and was told my pizza wasn't ready. I waited about 10 more minutes and was then told my pizza was in the oven! I complained saying I add ordered 25 minutes earlier and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. They told me that had a large order for a nearby church which was backing things up. Finally, about 35-40 minutes after I placed my online order, I got my pizza. When I got home, we discovered it the crust was still soft and almost underdone. We ate anyway. Hopefully today's experience was not typical. I may give them another chance at another time because this store is very close to where we're moving. I've eaten the buffet before and the pizzas have generally been good.
I had not been here in forever, I don't get my money's worth at buffets as I simply cannot eat that much. But I LOVE pizza! Pizza was good, I partook of the spinach and the pepperoni. No different than any of the chains. Salad was crisp and for the most part fresh. Seemed to be a good amount of choices, but I'm not a ranch, bbq, buffalo, all that jazz pizza gal. Desserts were too sugary; I tried the brownie and the apple pizza. It is ok for what it is.
Food is fair. It’s cheap pizza, so the price was very good. If you’re looking for a quick eat, this could be a choice to have since it’s buffet. There were a lot of table that needed to be cleaned off, so that limited us to where we could sit at.
It was busy the day I went but they staff work hard to keep up with pace. Good price for good pizza. It's not best pizza but the staff is great there.
Good establishment and friendly atmosphere. Always take trip to the Athens to go here. I prefer Cicis better than Stevie B's.
First time here. Take out pizza and wings were surprisingly good! I guess most people go for the buffet which looks like a great deal. Had a problem with online ordering, but a young lady at the restaurant was very helpful!
Average at best. Now I remember why it has been so long since I've been here. No real complaints just not good. Average service. Edible food. $43.11 for 4 with drinks. Skip the pizza and go down the road to get some chicken.
Had a great experience at this location. Nothing but good food and friendly staff. The chicken soup was amazing.
The manager working this place has been there 15 plus years. In the 15 years I have brought my family in to eat, he has never failed to make us feel welcome and is always happy to make sure you have what you need. Thank you, Good Sir. I’m in customer service myself, and I know how hard it is to throw that smile on everyday. Very pleasant feeling since I entered into this place. Amazed with the service of the employees. They are super nice and willing to help with a pleasant smile. When it comes to food we enjoyed buffet. You get to choose personalized pizza , salad , chicken soup and pizza slices of many choices and dessert too for only $6.99. I pleasantly surprised with the pricing for so many choices.Highly recommend place to have a family time.
