Absolutely 5 stars. 4 of us had lunch, staff friendly, the owners came out to meet us. Appetizers and meals were excellent. I got 3 meals from my entree alone so great value.I highly recommend Choo Choo express.
Do not order from here. I ordered teriyaki chicken and wings and got food poising from it. The wings were WAY too salty, and I’m a girl who always loves a lot of salt, but it was difficult for me to even eat, so I ended up throwing it away. The chicken was also super dry and the “yum yum” sauce tasted nothing like it was supposed to. It tasted like mustard.
The food is okay, but definitely not what is use to be. I won’t be back though. The sauce was too salty and there was more rice then meat…the veggies are just sad. Sorry.
absolutely love this place! my go-to order is the chicken, steak, & shrimp entree, which goes really well with the yellow sauce! there is also a great selection of appetizers (i really like the zucchini fries). service is great & food is prepared very quickly, so wait time is never an issue.
They've lost my business for not being able to take orders over the phone more than $30. Very annoying, when I just want to call an order in and have kids in the car, I can't wait inside the restaurant to place an order. Not sure why they can't take my credit card information over the phone when placing an order over $30.
Tried to call in for pick up. The guy on the phone was definitely new I was telling him my order and it was $31.40 and then he goes oh we can't take orders over $30 over the phone you'll either have to come in or order online I was like bro I'm only a dollar over I'm literally going to be there in 15 minutes and I don't want to wait another 25 to 30 minutes for my food he says oh they just told me that you have to order online that's ridiculous so I ended up going still literally sat there for 45 minutes and the same guy that took my order kept asking me what did I order after I placed my order with him calling in the morning so I can speak to a manager because that $30 rule is ridiculous
Significant other and I ordered the spicy ramen and the shrimp on rice. I'm familiar with a great quality of this food for many years, but my order literally went in the trash can when I got home and tried it. $20 order and the quality was awful.
It’s take out food not a fancy hibachi restaurant. It’s great for when I’m on the go. Fast and good price
They have the best teriyaki wings. Their portions are big as well. A must eat place!!!
