Ok...I am not a leave a review person...but this place is amazing...clean and fresh looking..the food...I had the apple, grape chicken salad and the pasta salad...i thought I was a good cook but this was much better...the flavors...wow...took about 5 minutes to receive my order...I will definitely be back there soon!
Very busy place but always clean. Amazing options. Who knew chicken salad could be fixed like that!Took the Grands, 4&1. They were happy with what they got and cleaned their plates. Any time that happens it's a success.
Wow, the guys here are so fantastic! They were all so friendly and polite, and made sure everyone that walked in was taken care of! Just outstanding customer service that is few and far between these days! I left feeling so positive and happy with the experience I had! The food is fantastic too!
First time eating at this location. I can say the service is amazing and the host (especially Russo) was fantastic. The food was excellent but the wait staff made the visit extra. Kudos to the owner of this establishment for excellent knowledge in hiring great workers. Very pleasant visit.
My first time visiting this franchise. Really nice selection of chicken salads. The soups are amazing. I might have came at a bad time though because the service was kind of meh. Like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Maybe it was close to closing time... Other than that the food was great.
Mediocre quality of food preparation. The loaded soup is a thick canned cheese sauce with flavorless potato chunks.The Pimento Cheese is basically grated cheese with a few pimento bits-no binding of ingredients & no herbs or seasonings. I was so disappointed. You can do better.

Was eating my chicken salad sandwich when I chewed on something rubbery. Pulled it out and discovered it was a BROKEN RUBBER GLOVE in my chicken salad. I am beyond disgusted at this point. Called the store and they don't answer. I do not trust to eat at this place anymore. I am so grossed out!

Chicken Salad Chick offers several varieties of chicken salad which incorporate some great ingredients like basil, bacon, ranch, or almonds, for example. It also provides pimento cheese, egg salad, soups, green salads and some traditional non-chicken plates. Diners may select their entrees served as scoops rather than as sandwiches. Food orders are taken at the counter and the dining room is small, but clean. Outdoor seating is available.
Best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had. Fresh ingredients and very tasty! I highly recommend!
