Ordered chicken minis....the bread was hard as a rock....the chicken was dry and looked like day old nuggets. Horrible taste!Oh and their health score is a 90!! This is below standards of Chick-fil-A!!
This has to be one of the poorest managed Chik-fil-a's I've ever visited. The line was blocking traffic in two directions and they had a car sitting at the window for over 15 minutes! Have them park and serve everyone else whose food is getting cold. Then there was someone training on taking orders, when again it was so busy the line is blocking traffic and I personally saw at least 20 cars leave out of frustration. The girl training her should have started taking orders too! Everything seemed to be incredibly poorly timed and there was absolutely zero apology for the wait and no receipt to even contact someone about my poor experience, which felt intentional to be honest. Short staffing is one thing but this was just poor management.
Enjoy chik fil a but this location I end up waiting on my food everytime I come here. Them it's not right after the wait.
CHECK YOUR GLUTEN FREE BUNS. Ate here last night and ate 3/4 of my sandwich before I realized my gluten free bun had mold. Ugh. The manager was mortified and gave us a card for a free sandwich in the future but that doesn’t change the fact that I ate a moldy bun.
They used my card to pay for someone else's food without my authorization that ended up putting my account in overdraft. I was then told that they couldn't do anything about it, is have to deal with it. In tears, I'm so let down with that answer and having to have so much money taken from me and I didn't do it. :(
They only have one drive through lane open now and I thought I was going to be waiting forever as the line was wrapped around the building....come to find out they actually had to wait on me to make up my mind on what to order for my husband to eat! These people are fast and they have the drive through down to a science! Food was hot and tasted great!

I love Chick-fil-A but this location was not on their usual "A" game. My grilled chicken breakfast sandwich was cold, the cheese was not melted and the English muffin seemed old. The customer service was top notch. Still recommend this location because every other time all was well.
I have never had a Chick-fil-A experience like this. I added two items to my order from my rewards app, but once I completed the order I was charged. Instead of helping me correct the error. The manager basically said, "well the rewards are still on your app and we've had issues with the app..." Too bad for me. I handed the lady my order back and said you can just credit the entire order then. She did, no apology, no offer to ring up my food correctly. I went to the BEECHWOOD location and they took care of my order perfectly! I will never go to Epps Bridge again.
