The new parking lot and drive through is so confusing! I felt like banging my head on my steering wheel.First of all, in order to get into the drive through line I could not figure out how to join the line from the shopping center parking lot, having just left TJ Max. I had to leave and find the entrance from Alps Road. Once in the chick fil a lot, finding the drive thru line while trying to navigate, I ended up in the 'go inside' parking lot. There was no option once I realized my folly but to exit the premises back to Alps road. Now I needed to circle back around to find the entrance again. If the traffic was backed up on Alps like it is most days, I would abandoned my effort. Not worth the aggravation.Once I was back in the drive thru lane, there were no team members to take my order. I had to talk to the intercom!! Honestly, it took forever to get to it even though there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Once I placed my order, it took about 8 minutes to get my food and pay.I have faith in chick fil A to make it work out, but until then, Im going to the Atlanta Hwy location. I cannot wait until they perfect the flow rate of the drive thru. I am sorry I'm a Chick fil a brat. They spoiled me with their great service. ?PS. Be careful merging back into the shopping center parking lot because there is a tall pillar that blocks the view on the right. I nearly hit a pedestrian.?
I had a large order, they forgot my sandwich..I called and they downloaded a coupon to my app for a free one next time...no questions asked. Great service! ? Everyone else said their food was awesome too❤️
As always, the service and food During my personal experience today was top notch. But what I saw Today surprised me, which CFA continues to do. As I was Dining, a family walked in with one member on crutches with a broken foot. They weren’t 10 steps in the door before Dalton (employee) ran over to ask them to sit so he could take their order at the table with menus.That’s service you wouldn’t get anywhere else. And needed to be recognized. As always great job CFA, and good job Sully on running a great ship.

Standard Chick-fil-A food. Good service. I'm still impressed with how well they merge multiple lanes of traffic in the drive thru down to just 1 lane, and always get the order right.
I cannot believe how smooth their 3 lines of drive thru runs.....fast, convenient, and I have never had a mistake with my order. It's my number 1 stop for breakfast on the way to work! And the food is delicious and the fruit is fresh!!
Pulled up to go threw the drive thru and it has 3 lanes that pour into 1. However our order was taken swiftly and correctly. And we made our way to the window to collect our order and were on our way in a matter of a few minutes. Thanks
The spicy chicken was less than 3/8th inches thick. Then cooked until is was hard and impossible to eat. The grilled chicken was tiny and thin.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed after my experience with this location today. I placed a mobile order at 10 this morning and pulled into the drive thru at 10:16 this morning. I told the girl my name and she was like “perfect”. I sat in the drive-thru for a while which is fine because they were busy, and I don’t mind waiting. I made it to the pick up area at around 10:27. Everyone around me was getting their food and I waited at the end of the drive-thru until I was finally helped at 10:37 because I was waved someone down who was working drive thru. They asked for my phone for the details of my mobile order. They came back a few minutes later informing me that they couldn’t get me my food because breakfast had ended. They asked me if I wanted lunch instead. I just wanted my order. I feel as though I should have been at least compensated in some way. EXTREMELY disappointed at the lack of service.
