this place is surprisingly fast. only twice out of 20 times did they get my order wrong. I had very picky eaters so that was impressive
Hands down, the best Chick-fil-a in Athens. Every staff member is always so sweet and respectful and they sometimes write little notes on your bag to brighten your day. It really does make a difference
We picked our order up curbside and they forgot to put a chicken sandwich in the bag.. No big deal it happens but they were calling us while we're in the drive thru letting us know that it was left out of the bag and they were contacting us to make it right.. Chick-fil-A has amazing customer service..

Food is always great. Employees always treat me well, generally speaking. However, due to teeth sensitivity, I usually always order ultra light ice in my drinks, and still end up with an entire cup of ice. Today I ordered no ice, and still ended up with an entire cup full of ice in my tea. I know the CFA is slam packed during lunch hours and mistakes happen, so I'm willing to give a little grace, having worked 7 years for CFA, and 15 years in the restaurant industry. But I am really tired of the same mistake consistently happening. (I didn't pick up my order today, otherwise I would have swapped out at the window for the right drink and I wouldn't be typing this now. I try to swap my drink for light ice every other time before today, and I'm always told it's made correctly: it's not).

The breakfast sandwich was good. I got the combo. It wasn't worth $8.00. It's fast food.
