Love original chicken sandwich plain. Don't trust mayonnaise when out.
Terrible customer service at drive through and at window with another woman. Both women were very short or non responsive and tried to charge me for more than 1 sauce packet after purchasing 2 entrees. I couldn't finish placing my order since she was uninterested in helping me. Fix your employees attitudes and drive through speaker since you can barely hear from it. Ghetto manager working the drive thru. Was literally rude from the minute we pulled to the drive thru speaker. Needless to say we didn’t get our food and won’t be back. Disgusting attitudes because your working at Burger King ???♀️ Why you would hire someone so ghetto is beyond me. Smh
This BK is so inconsistent not like a corporate business one person taking orders, making breakfasts, no other employee.Middle of the day weeks later can't take any orders for 45 minutes because it's shift change.Another day No meat.Another can only take cash.We love BK and wish it would save itself ?And it's the only one on the East side.
Food was room temp. Employees were fighting. Cop was eating there when staff got heated. He had to stop eating to escort them out, one at a time. Like a three ring circus. Tables were not clean. Out of Coke.
Today Saturday, April 23,2022,at 0810, I ordered 2 sausage,and egg biscuits at the drive thru. I found the most unfriendliest , ill, employee. Extremely dry, uncaring and unenergized. You could tell she hated her job and did not want to be at work . I was the only customer and it took over eight minutes. Sad state of this country.
Went by during open hours. I sat in the drive thru for some time waiting to be helped. So I drove around. 2.5 hrs before closing time and all the employees were sitting at tables eating.
Very rude to us when we got to the drive thru window the worker said that she was not going to do other order. Even she was rude when we were ordering are order. We said thank you and will never come back to this place .
Went through the drive thru on 3/12/22 around 7pm. When I pulled up I heard the lady in the drive-through speaker say something but I wasn’t sure if she said hold on or order. When I politely asked her are you ready for my order she was very rude and said,” I told you welcome to Burger King” when I told her sorry then she said in a very rude tone “go ahead and order!” I told her never mind you were so rude and left.
I rarely have issues here, some BK’s are terrible but THIS ONE always get my order right and I typically don’t have to wait a long time even with a lot of cars in line. Probably my favorite BK
