Beautiful day out, decided to dine out for some ice cream and paid full price for 3orders. We were the first customers outside then waited patiently for our order. Tell me how is it that several customers who arrived and ordered after us gets served before my party of 3 that was waiting so patiently for our orders??? Order 1, order 2 and order 3 goes to all the customers after us. The workers inside do see that we are literally still waiting by the windows for our order, one decides to open the window and ask if we need anything else??? I would highly recommend management to retrain the staffs who worked this evening shift today to work on the orders that was placed first and not serve my party of 3 at 3 different occasions after several customers who are being served before us.
The best ice cream in town! Only thing that annoys me is having to specify what comes in a sundae. I always order New York Cheesecake Sundae in a waffle cone, add strawberry slices! Lately when I go in the evenings after dinner, they always give me vanilla ice cream and strawberry ice cream, not what I asked for. Then they throw away my entire order just to mess up again. Maybe I should clarify more, but I’m not sure how else to explain the sundae.
They were very busy but the employees were very friendly. Got a blast for the first time. Will not try again. Still love their real ice cream

Love that this location has a drive thru! Very fast and always tasty. They tend to push you to tip them which is weird if you’re in the drive thru.
The manager called to follow up on an online cake order and was so kind and helpful. The ladies working when we picked up the cake were so kind.

Delicious ice cream. Good quality and quantity. Lots of options including few indian flavour. Definitely recommend trying it. Staff was friendly and would help you choose.
