pretty let down with the current Arby's experience and their food compared to how is used to be! Not at all the same quality or selection. We'll probably not return to this location for awhile.
Disappointed that their clock was off by five minutes so couldn't order happy hours specials as advertised, order person not at all interested in customer service. Inconsiderate and rude.

Usually very nice restaurant and quick. But don't get there new wagyu burger, thing was obviously left over from the day before and was as hard and looked similar to a hockey puck. First time throwing away arbys food unless I over ordered.
I like the food, and I Arby's has been one of my favorite restaurants, but the dining room here is never open when we go and want to dine in. I will try to suggest updating this entry in Google to show today dine-in is not an option.
Every single time except for once I have come here over the last year the system has been down. It's honestly quite sad. The one time I did come the people were nice and the food was good. Management must need some serious work.
Very nice and clean place. Food was great. Dined in and it appeared that I was seated while management was holding an employee briefing; not a big issue but perhaps it could have been done away from paying customers.
Normally this place is alright but recently this place has been absolutely terrible. I'm almost 100% positive that the people working there are asleep. Everytime I order something, it's always missing items, or it comes in a wet box or bag. I understand times are tough right now but we all still have to work. That's life. And you might as well do what you're being paid to do. You're already there. I just don't understand the incompetence that comes out of this place and many others around here. Actually blows my mind.
Very disappointed. Ordered 4 French Dips. After paying, was told sorry but out of au jus. IT'S NOT A FRENCH DIP WITHOUT THE AU JUS! I feel ripped off especially since I wasn't even offered fries or something for the value of the sauce. I wish I had just asked for the money back. If you are out of au jus then that item needs to covered up on the menu until you get more.
In the past month I have been by and one am there was one person working and she couldn't take my order cause she was the only one there. The second time they didn't have roast beef! What, the meat people don't have Roast Beef!?!
