I really enjoyed this location! My girlfriend had the pizza and I had the wings, both of us were extremely pleased. The drink prices are competitive and the ambiance is casual but clean with plenty of TV's if you're looking to grub/drink and catch a game. I'd say the seating is a little crammed but I think at times that can feed into the allure of the upscale bar vibe. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.
Great stop while visiting downtown Athens during a recent college tour at UGA. Pizza, beer, and wings, what can go wrong? All good was good and service was good as well! Recommend if visiting the downtown area!
Overpriced. $23 for an 11 inch pizza with 4 toppings. Pizza sauce was sweet and quite gross, I've had better from a can.
My pizza was cold a I didn't get the all of my toppings. $28 dam medium pizza and only got 6 good slices because the other two had a bubble on it and all the toppings were gone. I use to work at the pizza Hut for 6 years and that would have been a no go with the mgt we had. This is my second pizza from here and I'm not impressed with the price or quality.
Our food was good, but not great. The place was not busy, but it took awhile to get our food. From where we were sitting we could see into the kitchen and the folks in there were just standing around talking. Also, the chicken on our salad was a little under cooked. The pizza was the best part of the meal.
1 star for good service, the food was terrible, wings were over cooked and hard, spinach dip didn't have enough cream cheese or sour cream to hold the dry ingredients together and it wasn't even hot. The chips were hard and very brown. They used to have good food but today was not their day, I won't be going back!
We have been going to the “Mich” for 12 years, every time we come to Athens. We love wings, and we love pizza, and you can have the best of both there, along with a great rotating selection of craft beer. Tonight, I was just craving some pasta, so I ordered their spaghetti marinara. They should be ashamed for serving what I got. Mushy spaghetti in way too much sauce that tasted straight out of a can or jar or God knows where. I would have rather had canned Chef Boyardee spaghetti than what I had - it would not have been any better, but it would’ve only cost $1 instead of $10. So, go for the wings and pizza and beer, do not ever order the pasta.
We were in town working we had an appetite for destruction and we decided we needed some pasta in our life and so we took a trip to Amici in Athens .. The spaghetti was good to be honest it tasted like it came out of a can from Campbell’s and I was just asking for some garlic toast to go with your meal.
Stopped in on a Sunday night the day after Christmas for dinner. Decent sized crowd and it was open - bonus. Great selection of beer on tap and in the fridge. We ordered calzones, pizza and some appetizers. Very pleased with the food quality and quantity, wait staff and atmosphere. Give it a whirl and you will be satisfied I'm sure.
Only two brands of tequila, an average one and an upsell/upgrade. But fresh squeezed citrus, Cointreau, agave syrup, and a strong pour, one of the best in Athens. At a pizza chain. Oh, there's pizza there. Also they sell canned ranch water made without real tequila. Cue the Pace picante comercial. A transgression but really, canned ranch water? I already told you they got tequila. You know they have soda water. Well I've run out of room to talk about the pizza chain's pizza.
