very bad experience. They took my order wrong and when I went to tell them. The manager (Olga) put on a very bad face and started yelling at her employees. saying that they pay attention when making the orders and more with the Hispanics because they do not understand. racist attitude even though she is also Hispanic. I definitely will not return here, very bad treatment
Terrible service! And they don't sell bottled water, and had an attitude about my having a problem with having to order at the drive-thru window. "Company Policy, just following orders" she said. I reminded her that was what the Germans said during WWII No worries about my ever going back.

I like Zaxbys - they are affordable and fast. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious. It's clean, fresh and quite comfortable in 90 degree heat! I like the selection of sides and beverages - they have my fave zero sugar ginger ale. And I love their cole slaw and chicken together with delicious buttery Texas toast - yum. The staff are quick to take my order and it's always been correct. I come here regularly and am quick to recommend them to friends and family.
The manager is rude. My chicken had no sauce on it and she tried to charge me and was rude about it. Don't waste your time giving this location your business

This location has done this several times now with the same staff. I ask for extra tongue torch on the kickin chicken and they barely put any on. Might help if the person taking your order could speak English and do away with the attitude at the drive thru. Not the type to write reviews but it’s been pretty bad. The one up north on 9 never does this but I live closer to this one
Didn't put my sauce in the bag when I asked for it she said it would be .25 I told her they didn't put it in the bag she said it's still .25 cents after spending over 11.00 dollars I will not be going back to this location again.
