The ice cream was very good but the service was slow. Everyone was scrambling to get their piece done but no one was figuring out of all of our items were given to us or not. They asked for a name at the they took the order but then did not have that on final tickets. So, it took a while to figure out all our items.Otherwise good experience

I've always loved coming here. Great ice cream and good service. The other day (this past Friday) when I came back, I wasn't pleased at all. It took forever to wait in line because of two rude people were taking FOREVER to order their ice cream, while there was a line of 10-12 others. Totally not acceptable. Also, they used to have the create your own, but they got rid of it, and now they only have the custom made ones because of STUPID SUPPLY CHAIN!! Absolutely Ridiculous!! Every Ice Cream Shop should ALWAYS have the create your own. Not sure if I'll go back anytime soon until they've fixed their management and issues.

I really wanted to love this place. It is sooo cute and in one of my favorite areas. They advertised so many vegan options. My daughter has severe dairy and egg allergies. Not to mention the vegan ice cream options all being gone after our 15 minute drive, luckily we came for boba… I made the dairy allergy clear before I ordered. It was actually the very first thing I said, and one of the boys working was doing his job, and the young girl making ice cream rolls was so incredibly rude. If she was training him, she has a FILTHY attitude. He seemed new, or he just was so used to her being a boss to him that he wasnt confident in this. My order was already processed, then they are asking me about the dairy again… and apparently they hadn’t upcharged me for the oat milk. So i handed cash, thats fine. No biggie up to this point. If anything I felt bad for the young boy working with this rude lady. So, then I have a different man come over and approach me about the allergies AGAIN. I thanked him profusely because without him TRIPLE checking, my girl could have been exposed to an allergy after I made it very clear. The question he asked was ‘is this an actual allergy or a vegan request?’ Which tells me they mix vegan stuff on dairy surfaces. Which a lot of vegans would not be happy with… But it concerned me , because if he hadn’t asked that question I’m scared of what may have happened after I explained now 3 times that it is a severe dairy allergy. This mix up with the allergies, turned me off permenantly. Unfortunately, the boba was AMAZING! But I am too scared to go back with only one employee understanding the depths of allergies. I don’t know his name, but I want to thank him. He was the taller employee and the only one that didn’t look like a teenager. Search for him if your party has allergies, it’s the only way to guarantee safety. I won’t be returning back. And I rarely ever make a bad review but allergies are no joke. Inform your employees !!

Fantastic ice cream! The best I have ever eaten!!!!!!

This is the best place I have ever been. The boba made my year the service was absolutely incredible. I would come again every day if I could. Prices Are reasonable for the quality I am begging you to come here it will change your life.

I went a week ago and waited in a long line getting there an hour before closing but the rolled ice cream was great. Went again this weekend and I believe the guy was the owner in there making the rolled ice cream. I received half the size of the cup. He claimed it melted. I'm thinking before I receive it. None of my other cups made by someone else were melting before I received it. So, he said he would add to it. Also, I did a create your own, he said they were doing away with that but he would do it for me. Nice. I think this gentleman should really think about attending some workshops on customer service. The customer is keeping you in business, so having create your own is satisfying the customer and you make money on the add ins. Also, build the rolled ice cream to the top of the cup. For $6, this is expected. You have a delicious product, just add great customer service. The rest of the employees seemed great.

Hands down this is the best ice cream shop in the Atlanta metro area! My family and I visit WTS all the time, especially since the menu includes vegan/non-dairy options. Customer service is great and the owner is very friendly. If there's a long line, trust me, the rolled up ice cream is worth the wait!

I knew I would have to try rolled ice cream eventually, but I didn’t realize I would do it by accident. Didn’t know until I ordered at the counter that this wasn’t “scooped” ice cream. Obviously, I completely misunderstood the clever name of the place. Anyway, it wasn’t bad at all. I’d be willing to eat it again. Takes a little longer to serve than traditional scoops, but we thought it was worth the wait.

As a family, we visit to try ice cream and bobba tea. Good taste of both and verity of selections are available for everyone. They have few bakery items as well which are decent. Shop is clean and neat sit out. I definitely recommend for everyone to try and decide yourself. It's close by downtown so Everytime we visit, try to make an attempt to go and have tea or hot coffee.

The best ice cream... probably ever. Literally everything about Where's the Scoop is amazing. From the tiramisu to the ice cream, it all tastes fantastic. The Banana Pudding ice cream treat is out of this world and so is the Lucky Charm treat, but we keep trying new things every time we go and find new favorites. Zach is so polite and ensures every guest is taken care of which is really refreshing and super appreciated. Plus it's super fun to watch them make everything. The space is super clean and they take cleanliness seriously which is nice even when there isn't a pandemic happening. I could go on about how fabulous Where's The Scoop is, but do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a sweet treat. You will NOT be disappointed. ?
