My family and I just drove there. You guys. The whole crew are by far the nicest people I have ran into. Thank you so much for treating my kid the way you did! Your humbleness is so much appreciated! Check your food!!!I regularly stop by this Wendy's during the work week, and have learned to check the food because it's not uncommon that requests go ignored.Today's mistake was much more concerning, opened up the sandwich prior to leaving and was greeted with a mold spot. The staff provided another bun, of course. But it doesn't seem as though anyone cared to check the other buns to make sure they were safe to consume.
For fast food, they do a good job. Orders almost always come out right, and they have a kiosk available for ordering (although it runs slow right now).The lady who manages the store is amazing. She has a wonderful attitude and we always have cheerful interactions with her. You can tell her employees appreciate her, too. When you set the tone from the top, it makes a difference.
Never been to Wendy's before, my kids prefer McDonald's for trip food but couldn't find anything closer, this will probably be our first and last, there was no line, service was quick but we didn't like the burnt chicken nuggets and french fries. McDonald's definitely wins for these type of food. Sorry Wendy's, we are not a fan but we give you 3 star because service was quick.
Much like other fast food joints, the past few years have seen a major decline in food quality at Wendy's. I really only stop here once in a while because it's conveniently close to my job. As Wendy's go, this location is as good as any.
Fast and tastes great. Updated: staff is very unfriendly. Definitely was not like this before.
Not bad: pretty much the typical Wendy's experience. There was one minor headache, though: the drive-thru operator had a hard time customizing my order. If you are just ordering straight from the menu, you'd be fine. If you need to modify anything in the order, double-check your order once you get it.
Be prepared to wait, could be staffing issue related. Regardless of how long or short the line is there is a wait. With chicfilat coming next door it's highly suggested that they revert to Fast food or business will be negatively impacted
This used to be such a good Wendy's, but not anymore. I have been coming here for at least 20 years. When they're not closed early for no reason, service is awful. They're constantly forgetting something or being rude. Today, the woman taking my order was laughing at me - maybe because of my hair being a mess? I am disabled, it happens. There was no one else around and she was laughing from taking my order to when i saw her. And the woman handing me my food wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, nor did she say anything to me or even really look at me because she was chatting with other employees. She handed me my drink with the lid not popped on, just sitting on top. It spilled all over my new pants, and I didn't have time to change. I won't be coming back.
This Wendy’s is not honoring the standards prices of the franchise. For some reason the employees and managers are advising they don’t sell the lemonades in a small when it’s clearly on the menu, and all other franchises are honoring. What’s happening here is not integratabtle business and taking advantage of customers. Do not go to this Wendy’s. Corporate needs to examine and review this place immediately. This is too nice of an community for any nonsense.
