Stopped in after a concert because we were in the hotel next door and they had every table blocked off, waitress refused to allow anyone to eat inside and wouldn't allow anyone to place a to go order. She basically told us they would be closing. It was 11pm.
This restaurant is not open 24 hours. I don't know what their hours are but they were not open before 630am this week. I did manage to get in there for dinner yesterday. The food was ok but restaurant itself was in desperate need of cleaning.
not 24 hours like it says online. Its fine if it isnt, but change it online. Tried to go after concert and it was closed.
Decided to close down half of restaurant at lunchtime. Would not let us sit in a booth. Saud our 18 month old had to sit at the bar if we wanted to eat there. Never been to Waffle House, my husband raved about this chain. I will never go back!
I typically always have a great experience at Waffle House. However, today was different. I ordered two All-Star breakfast. One with bacon and one with sausage. I get home ready to enjoy my yummy food, but to my surprise no bacon no sausage. But the biggest surprise was that I had no waffle! I have called several times with no answer. So unacceptable. Do better Waffle House!
Waffle House has delicious waffles and really good customer service. Definetely a place I would love to go for breakfast and a place I would recommend to any1.
Waited 30mins to be seated, with open tables available. The waitress wasn't interested in cleaning the tables and seating us.
Called this place on Friday morning, 1/21 several times with no answer. Drove up and saw the cook walking around in the back pacing back and forth but prepping food. Attempted to go inside but the doors were locked. Then a waitress came from the back, walking slowly as she put on her mask and had no sense of urgency after 5 cars sitting outside and people waiting to get in. She finally unlocked the doors at 7:18 with the cash drawer sitting on the table. She tried to memorize my order but realized she needed the yellow order slip so she walked slowly to the back to get it. They made my order wrong so I had to wait even longer. The cook was polite but that waitress was rude! As she was giving me my bag of food, I said “Thank you” and she didn’t say a word back! Just a funky attitude after she was the one who showed up for work late! They need to arrive to work on time so others can get to work on time too!
The staff was not very friendly and they had half of the restaurant blocked off for some reason … on a Saturday morning mind you. It took awhile to sit because of that. Otherwise we would have been able to sit right down.
