Loved their signature chargrill whole sea bass ( Lavraki) and the table side deboning ! Great atmosphere and downtown Alpharetta is always special to hang out in the evening . Service was amazing - our server Izaiah was awesome . Will be back for sure .

We've been eating at Vas Kouzina for years, mainly because it's just about the most delicious food north of the perimeter. We come with friends to share small plates and drinks, or we come for a date night to share entrees and have a great conversation. Chef Vas brings awesome authentic ingredients together to make bold flavorful bites, and I can't get enough. The new-ish Alpharetta location is even better for ambience, with more booths, lovely patio and more breathing room from the other guests. There are so many amazing dishes that I have trouble deciding when I go, but a few of my all-time favorites are: Tzatziki or eggplant spread with pita, octopus, keftides, sauteed calamari, fried goat cheese, moussaka, lemon potatoes and the most perfect gyro you ever tasted!

Not your typical Greek Restaurant, Vas Kouzina offers amazing flavor in everything we ate. We had the Flaming Cheese, then the Lemon Soup, and then the Fish Special, Snappy, each dish was remarkably flavorful. And our waitress was amazing as well.
