I picked up sushi here last night. Ordered 2 rolls, first cooked roll tasted great but the second one tasted spoiled. My husband and I have been violently ill all day. Would not suggest.
Very slow. Had a doordash order and the order was 30 minutes past when it said would be ready to be picked up. Made me wait way too long for no business inside. This is unacceptable in my opinion I’m trying to please my customers with doordash as well.

I was so impressed by the friendly staff, clean location and amazing food! I went twice in one week. I had the same server and she remembered me. The food quality is superb, the portions very generous with attentive staff. Their friend rice is out of this world!
Ume is the restaurant formerly known as Ru San's. While it isn't fair to say that Ume is the same as its predecessor, there are similarities in the menu. However, if you are looking for sushi and other Japanese dining options in Milton, Ume should be on your goto list. If there is a roll that you want, it is here. If there is Udon that you need, it is here. If you have a craving for tempura, it is here. The space is a bit small, so it can get crowded at times. Just bring an appetite, the servings are ample.
My boyfriend and I live right down the street from this place, and it’s become one of our favorite spots! The staff is all super friendly and attentive, the food is always delicious, and everything comes out so beautiful that I almost don’t want to eat it! They definitely pride themselves on the food they make and give to their customers, and I always love going in and trying something new.
