Had an amazing experience 11/10 recommend!!! I’ve been a customer of TS for over 10 years back when they inly had locations in Richmond, VA and my most recent visit was by far the best I’ve ever had. The owner manger dude was so awesome and literally a smoothie scientist!! I willing gladly drive 30 minutes from my house just to go to this specific location! 110% worth it!
Just pulled up at 9:40 and they were closed even though sign on the door says they open at 9
Arrived at 7:27 and the doors were locked after the website said they closed at 8. When I waved to get an answer as to why they were closing early I was ignored by all four females wearing their AirPods. They ignored me and 3 other customers who were standing outside. I order from THIS LOCATION OFTEN being that I work so close but I will not be ordering again if this is the service they provide. I understand if they were closing for a certain reason but maybe an explanation would of been nice.
Used to come to this location everyday because I used to work at a restaurant a couple doors down. Now I work elsewhere, and set my order ahead of time to pick up on my way to work. I understand being understaffed, but even after ordering online I usually receive a text that if you want your order quicker, then to tap the link. I come in, and my order isn’t even ready. I’m going to be late for work and although it can be by a couple minutes.. the store is pretty dead. Usually I go to the Johns Creek location on my way to work, and I think I will stick to that location.
My boyfriend and I just ordered Doordash from here and our favorite things were the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread and the bahama mama!!! We will definitely be returning customers!

I decided to try this restaurant out a few months ago, and I'm extremely glad I did. It's now one of my go-to places for a nice treat, especially on a hot day. The smoothies are very large for the price and always extremely delicious. I like trying a new flavor every time I come, and I've never been disappointed. I recommended the place to my family, and now, we are all frequent customers. The staff is always very friendly and quick, the atmosphere is nice, and although I usually just get a smoothie, the food is quite good as well. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys smoothies and good food.
0/5 starsDON'T ORDER A CHEESE QUESADILLA FROM HERE! I ordered one and basically got a folded up warm tortilla. There are probably a total of 3 stands of cheese in here hence the name 3 cheese quesadilla, didn't think that's what it meant. It's a sorry excuse of a quesadilla.
I got great customer service from Gabrielle. He made the smoothie very quickly as well as cheering up my day with a joke.
I enjoy getting my smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I like mine with very little or no ice, delicious!!
