The restaurant was super understaffed. We spent a long time waiting before we even sat down. Ended up sitting at the bar.The restaurant had no A/C last night and it was literally 85° inside. Immediately boxed up my food and took it with me as soon as it arrived. Eating hot food in a hot room held absolutely no appeal.Worst Taco Mac experience, and that's saying something.
Family gathering , adults and kids, something for everyone. Jasmine, our server, was great. Very helpful with recommendations and very good service. Kitchen did not get an order correct but manager handled it with no problem. For sure will go back.
As it's is one of the only places open late, I find myself going to Taco Mac often. This location in particular, however, has impressed me due to the incredible service. Although we had to wait a bit to be seated, our server's extreme friendliness and attentiveness made up for this, and the food is always amazing, the wings being my favorite.
My experience here was beyond bad. I get that restaurants are having staffing issues; however, if a place of business doesn't have employees either stop offering to go orders or at the very least give a realistic expectation of how long the food is going to take.I guarantee that this place will be out of business in less than a year. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Great food and great customer service.
Ordered wings, celery only, extra celery, nearly $40 for uber eats, uber did great, Taco Mac, not so much, got carrots and diced celery who serves diced celery, ranch dressing is not good, not even close to ranch, wings were dry and flavorless. Should have driven there myself so I could have refused this order. Never again, will I order from Taco Mac, pizza hut, has better wings, and doesn't serve diced celery
I was there today with a friend. Our server which on the receipt it says Charles was awesome. She was patient, pleasant and attentive. The Manager Anthony was also very attentive. He actually sent the wings back because he said it was not up to his standards. The wings were incredible. Our server recommended them. I never once had to ask for a refill. Heading back soon.???
Our waiter was helpful and attentive. The food & drinks were good. Overall it's a pretty good spot. Like everywhere else, it has some staff issues with COVID but not that bad. I like it.
My last visit sucked. The wings were huge but not done. The fries, cold. Wing sauces all tasted the same. Server ok. But not.... Great....I usually visit here often but with the last experience it might be my last.
