SO DISAPPOINTED, GOT MY WHOLE ORDER BAD. I ORDERED A KIDS MEAL, THEY WERE BONELESS WINGS AND THERE WAS BARELY ANY CHICKEN INSIDE MOST OF IT WAS JUST CRUST. THE ROASTED WINGS WERE LITERALLY BURNT. 2 OF THE BONELESS WINGS I ORDERED WERE SMALL AND BARELY HAD ANY CHICKEN INSIDE.
Megan, the Mgr, and her entire staff are professional and courteous, they work hard and have a very tough job many don't want to do. Food was made to order and ready on time. I'm not sure, but if they are given good pay & benefits, it will keep the great employees there or anywhere customers are served. This location proves loyal workers are out there and hardworking and do their best. Ppl need to understand that and our world will be a better place.
Our server, Hannah, made this the best experience I've ever had at a Taco Mac. Usually whenever I go, food has been sitting a minute, it takes a while to get drinks, food is incorrect, etc. Not this time. Hannah (hope I'm spelling that right) was the best server I've ever seen. She was always smiling, friendly, joking... so sociable she probably could have sat at our table and chatted with us like long lost friends. But it's not just her social skills, food was out instantly, drinks were refilled quickly, and everything we needed happened as quick as possible. The food was correct and hot and anything we asked for she was back within a few seconds. She was constantly back and forth balancing us and other guests very gracefully.Taco Mac, if you're listening, you better give this girl a raise! I would gladly come back knowing that she was my server again. But really great job to everyone there. The food was perfect as well so the team in the back did an excellent job as well. Very nice change from a lot of the Taco Macs I've been to lately.
Got there over 30 minutes before they closed for a quick bite to eat, waited at the front for a bit because no one was up there. A man who seemed to be the manager came up to us and with a very rude short tone told us the kitchen was closed. Which is fine that’s not an issue, the attitude of the man was the issue. It says they’re open until 12, if that’s not true they should fix what it says online, it’s very misleading.. as someone who works in a restaurant the customer service was not acceptable.
Bar tenders are awesome, the service is very slow right now I am sure they are understaffed so I can understand. Food however is below average (over salted). Wings on the other hand are good (I always order original-all flats/plain/hot sauce on the side) kudos to Sarah, Josh and Austin.
Love Taco Mac wings, tater tots and brussel sprouts. Service was very good. My wings were TMI, spicy garlic and wet lemon pepper sauced.
Went in for lunch... It took a awhile to be seated... Most of the tables still had dishes on them and were not cleaned. After a long wait, a waitress finally acknowledged me, and informed me that they only have 2 people working the floor, and to seat myself. I found a mostly clean table next to the wall... Unfortunately, after waiting another 20 minutes of no service, I left... VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I understand being shorthanded, but not to be offered water.... take a drink or food order.... SHAMEFUL!!!
My wife and I love TacoMac and this is our favorite location. The wings are always delicious and the service is Great! If you have a chance to visit this location, ask for Sarah. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers have a wonderful experience.
Despite us checking the rein to introduced southern fried chicken sandwich being the same as before it was removed from the menu the sandwich was brought to our table with Chipotle sauce when we asked we were told that was the old 79 sauce even though it clearly was not.
Busy week for wings (SUPERBOWL). Took about 40 minutes longer than online order stated. Kind of understandable. Ordered 3 types of wings and they only got 2 right. The one they got wrong wasn't too bad (unfortunately I wanted the Buffalo and got some type of barbecue).
