The service I received tonight was amazing. Antonio stopped what he was doing to assist me . He greeted me, and asked if I was picking up an order. Which I was. But I made a mistake when placing my order. I order at the wrong location. The manager Katrina definitely offered great customer. I placed a new order at this location and my server was Jordan. The entire staff was very personable, welcoming, and friendly. I greatly appreciate the service I received. The staff definitely went above and beyond. Thank you guys for everything.
Literally making the review while still in the restaurant. Our server Joel was fantastic! We sat down and instantly was greeted and served. His energy was high and consistent, had amazing attention to detail and we never felt forgotten. At 10:30p at night, expectations are always low on food quality, customer service and experience but ultimately my wife and I were blown away. Keep up drive and hustle Joel. Will definitely be back!
Walked in. No hostess. Been sitting at table in plain view in front of bar for 11 minutes. Watched waiter and a waitress walk by without acknowledging our existence. About to walk out.Update. We’re leaving. They have no interest in serving us.
Tl;dr This place can almost never get an online order correct!I would say avoid this place for take out. We live around the corner and our to-go orders are wrong about 80% of the time. We keep trying because they'll get one right and it's good food but they struggle with the most basic of orders.We ordered 2 burgers. Both were the wrong burger and they were also cooked to a crisp. They literally fail at making simple burgers. Everything is over-salted, especially the fried pickles.They're not worth it. You can find far better food somewhere else
Came here last year. Friends kept inviting me so mine as well say why I hate this place. Went in for a date. Ordered a well done burger. Waiting 30 minutes while being only 2 of about 12 people in the store that day. Burger finally comes out and is decently raw and visibly runny and red. I tell the waitress about the mix up expecting to wait 10 mins and finally eat. Nope. 10 minutes does pass and a manager comes out. She asked what my problem with her food was. I said "sorry it's just I ordered well done and it was not fully cooked. Almost medium". She scoffed at me, said nothing else and walked away. 15 minutes later I get my burger but it's time to go. I get home. Open it up and while better, it was still very undercooked and I had to microwave it. Never again will my money go to people like this
Has the potential to be a good place. More Service staff can help revitalize guest count. Food was good and out in a reasonable time from placing order. Drink orders were exceptionally slow for table service. Managers were present but lacked enthusiasm and initiative, creating awkward environment.

Margarita was good, wings and queso con carne was Awesome! My husband and I order this every single time that we’re at Taco Mac ( any location) & it’s Always good! Server was good, had a great personality.
Went there last night for a what was supposed to be a quick , to-go , salad . I was told 15 minutes . I wound up waiting over 40 minutes , and the order was still incorrect . I had to return and wait yet another 5 minutes to get it corrected .The waitress and bartender were both very sweet and professional . Everyone else seemed to have a lack luster , no sense of urgency ,poor work ethic about themselves . I was later told that there was no To-Go staff working that night . Would have been nice to know that BEFORE I placed my To-Go Order. I have visited every Taco Mac in the Atlanta area numerous times , and this one is the worst I have ever witnessed.
I placed a very simple pick up order today. I ordered 2 entrees and I paid for a side of ranch.. thus, 3 items total. First, the order was not ready at the promised pick up time, so my boyfriend waited. Then after coming back home, I realize there was no ranch in the bag. Upon this realization, I call the store and a woman with a flippant attitude tells me I can come back to pick it up or get a refund for the ranch. Well, I ordered the ranch to eat with my food, so my boyfriend went back to the location to pick up the ranch. When he got there, he waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him. Several employees, including the lady I spoke to on the phone, just walked by him. Long story short, I now have my ranch at home and my food is cold. I’m highly unsatisfied with the customer service and food preparation. It was literally 3 items. They have lost yet another loyal customer indefinitely. PS: This is not the first time I’ve had this happen, which is why I’m so irritated by this place.
