Am currently parked in the drive thru line, and have been for 40 minutes. There's no way you can even turn a profit getting food to 2 customers per hour... I'm guessing it's a staffing issue, but just close down if you don't have any employees. Taco bell has always had a special place in my heart, I feel so betrayed. Oh, I think I'm about to get to move up one car length. Don't give up on taco bell, just this location.
Worst Taco Bell! Been here 3 times and every time my order is gross. Today will be my last visit for sure! I got a soft taco supreme and a bean burrito with no onions. The soft taco was so old and soggy that the wrapping paper was completely stuck to it. My burrito also had a ton of onions and was so hard and old. Looks like old food from last week. Gross. Also, I’m allergic to onions. Which I why I requested NO onions. So, no lunch for me I guess!!!
So Taco Bell is Taco Bell. You either love it or you hate it, right? This review is about the staff though. The staff here on Tuesday evening. They were wonderful. I literally did not see them stop cleaning the entire time that we were here. They were kind to the customers. They were quiet and respectful - sometimes you get people who are more excited to loudly talk when it’s slow than respect the patrons. We were the only ones here for part of it and they were still so respectful.
The lady working the drive through was very nice and polite and the food was made correctly and was really good. Went Saturday night June 11th.Most Taco Bell employees make me feel like I’m being rude for showing up so it was refreshing. Give that chick a raise!
TLDR: the drive through attended let everyone sit in the drive through line and wait 20+ minutes before informing anyone that they were closing 30+ minutes early. There were at least 6 cars in line…..he could have told us in advance and saved everyone a lot of time and frustrationWe Went to this Taco Bell on the night of Friday June 10th at about 1:09AM. We went here because it was listed as open until 2am. We get in line behind two cars and proceed to patiently wait for 15-20 minutes. Cars begin to stack up behind us and eventually we are all getting impatient…..it’s clear that the operator is serving the car at the window ahead but isn’t responding to the car at the speaker directly in front of us…..we are all effectively stuck until 20 MINUTES pass and the operator decides to finally inform anyone waiting that they are closed. This is insane, it’s disrespectful and resulted in some seriously angry people. If the store closes early that’s fine, but at least inform everyone so we could have headed on our collective way
Wow last time I ever go to this location. I was waiting in a line for 30 minutes to order food for my family after being on the road 10 hours. Then an employee comes out and starts knocking on car windows telling everyone to back up -my manager said we want to leave early. Are you kidding me I said we’ve been waiting 30 minutes in the line and you don’t close for 30 minutes he said sorry my manager is tired and wants to leave, it’s Monday and it’s Memorial Day.
Was in drive-thru line over 35 minutes and after what seemed like 10 minutes at speaker to order the first thing asked was if I was paying by cash or card?? Never have I been asked that at a fast food restaurant. Lady at window did apologize for the wait. Saw several employees in kitchen area. My nachos were lukewarm at best. Not sure what the issue is with this location now. Never had issues before.
Worst service I've ever experienced, long wait times mixed with a staff that can't be bothered. Two Door Dash drivers were waiting for orders with me, but couldn't even get staff attention to pick up their orders.I've eaten at Taco Bells in 7 states, and have never had an experience like this.
Horrible service during breakfast time. I’ve been the first customer twice in less than 2 weeks and waited more than 6 to 7 minutes to be greeted by a recording (possibly) and still no human came to the speaker to take the order after 2 more minutes. Turn the “drive thru” sign off and “order menu” light off until you’re ready to serve customers. My son was late to school craving Taco Bell horrible customer service breakfast. I typically don’t complain about places but to experience this twice did it for me.
Never come here. Worst experience I have ever had at a "fast" food restaurant. Chose pick up in store, doors are locked. A kind person who was already eating inside let me and another in. Waited at pickup counter for several minutes, not a single person acknowledged me. My order was apparently given to someone else. How? It has my name on it. Employees were getting angry at someone who let another confused customer outside in claiming they were short staffed and the dining room was closed. They are seven people in the kitchen and one was even eating in the back. The manager was there and promptly prepared to leave for the day while all witnessing this and it did not seem to bother him. The standards here could not get any lower. The drive thru line is always ridiculously long and there is no escape due to how the lane is set up so your forced to endure the painfully slow speed. This location should be investigated and closed and the manager fired along with most the current staff. Please, never come here.
