Great place for breakfast or brunch. Everything is fresh and tasty.We had the Grilled Cheese, Waffle, Pancake, and Avocado Sandwich and they were all decent size dishes and all tasted great.The service is great and the two ladies who served our table (I believe they're also the owners) were super kind and friendly and made us want to go back there.We sat inside and it was nice and clean. They also have a small patio outside.
We had brunch here, food was good and I enjoyed the Swan Turmerific Smoothie. But I agree with Rob’s review on the service level. Our server was not particularly friendly. Not sure if she was stressed or woke up at the wrong side of bed. We had to ask different servers, including the owner a couple of times for water, utensils and etc. as they kept forgetting. It didn’t appear as if there was insufficient staffing to handle the volume during our visit.

Visited Swan Cafe for the first time this morning. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, quality food ingredients. Overall, wonderful. Picture is the meat lovers omelet.
I absolutely love this little Gem. If you're looking for nice homemade food, this is it! I've been for breakfast and lunch and both times the food was incredible.The lattes are delish too. Love that is a family business as well.I highly recommend! You'll thank me later.

Swan Cafe is a secret gem in Ellard Village & one of my favorites for a less hectic & less generic weekend brunch. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed into a friendly, relaxing, eclectic cafe environment by the superb family team. The food is beautifully prepared and tastes as DELICIOUS as it looks! Service is quick, professional & congenial with everyone making you feel at home. It is a true cafe experience with breakfast/brunch/lunch items, freshly-made bakery pastries & a good selection of barista coffees. 5-stars for the service, food & experience! Came for breakfast and I want more, this place speaks to my inner book worm and cafe goer. I came for breakfast and was immediately hit by little lights hanging on the wall, the smell of coffee, and rustic looking decor. I had the breakfast platter, the potatoes were crisp with soft insides, the eggs were runny and golden yoked, the bacon was salty and crunchy, placing it all on evenly toasted sourdough. It was amazing! My parents had the chicken and waffles and they said it was good too, tried a piece of the chicken and I almost died, crispy and juicy. Highly recommend this place if you want a nice quiet place to eat breakfast or have a good meal with a equally good atmosphere. This is the place!
