This place includes a kiosk for fast and efficient ordering. I ordered a double butter garlic cheeseburger, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Steak patties were moist and very delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely go again.
The food is usually good but this time I was not eating there. I walked in and there was a man doing some work, up in the ceiling. Not a problem, things break down and need to be repaired. The problem was that he was working over exposed raw burgers. He was also standing on the counter next to the cook top. Then I asked the lady behind the counter if I could borrow her pen to mark the drinks. I need to know what drinks went with what food. She snapped and said it's on the receipt, all I had to do was look at it. Since I don't look good in orange, I smiled and walked out. I found a pen in my car and did what I wanted to do.
This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star! First off I very seldom eat burgers but for some strange reason I decided to stop at the ridiculous place last night and called ahead for my meal. When I arrived at the restaurant on time... I was told I would have to come inside to pick up my order. I did and walked back to my vehicle only to realize that my food was Ice Cold. I simply went back in and asked if I could have my 9.00 meal replaced and was immediately scolded by some individual that refused to give me his name and started insulting me. Took my meal back to the kitchen when one of the burger cooks in the back started shouting loudly that he wasn't going to remake my food. Looked at me and called me a "White N-word"! I mean really? I asked for his name and he said it was Elijah. I told him I couldn't believe he said that to me and the tensions continued to escalate. He threatened to come over the counter and continue the conversation. I asked who owned the restaurant and they refused to tell me. I did ask for a receipt and they tore part of it in half and gave it to me. I left not wanting to continue with the conversation. As I was pulling my vehicle around past the drive through they continued to shout at me at which I returned the comments and said ok Elijah I'll be in touch. At that point the man named Elijah jumped over the counter and started running out of the store to continue the confrontation. At this point I just simply left. This was absolutely the worst scenario I've EVER encountered for the most part anywhere. I can't in good faith recommend to anyone to ever eat at this location safely. I'm still looking to find who actually owns the store and have had no success. I've called the corporate number and keep getting a recording saying no one is available. PLEASE EAT AT THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
What a disaster ?? I ordered in the app, and it let's you do curbside! It was a great experience, and it was honestly a pleasure using the app. It said it would take 11-13 minutes after I placed my order at 11:17! After being yelled at by the manager I was told to go through the drive thru to oder after having already ordered and paid for my food. It was 11:54pm and I had still yet to get to the window or get my food. It was rough.
Doing a simple door dash order. Literally for one item. I arrived inside to wait for it at 11:05 pm. They close at midnight mind you. After waiting for like 15 minutes inside, and watching the manager get on the loud speaker and literally YELL at the guests inside to get out so they can close (there are elementary school aged children with their parents), he also starts yelling at the people waiting for pick up to wait in the drive thru. It’s almost 11:45 and I’m still waiting for this poor guys order. My customer is understanding so I’m not at all worried about that. I just can’t believe he yelled at paying customers and children like that. The rest of the staff was really nice and tried to help everyone, but he would literally get in between them and customers and just start putting people out. If he talks to customers like this I can only imagine how he talks to his staff. Just unprofessional
We came in at 9:30 at night and it shows online that they close at 12 assuming we have plenty of time to eat. Me and my wife ordered our meal while waiting the young man speaking over the microphone says twice that they will be closing shortly(10:00) we then recieved our dine in food in bags at 940 still having 20 minutes. While eating he comes over the intercom two more times about closing. My food was completely wrong we go back to the counter and he doesn’t believe me wanting to see the burger and receipt. When realizing I wasn’t wanting a refund he then changed his demeaned and gave me what was missing off my meal. He then tell everybody at 10 that they needed to be exiting the diner if they were not waiting on to go food. All around the rudest people I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant.
Great experience. Kiosk ordering wasInterestingly better than actual person, since me and 5 kiddos had to tough time deciding meals. Very clean and polite staff who made sure all was correct and the food was tasting good.
Self serve. Food came fast and taste good. Less items in the menu compared to before the pandemic. Price is higher too.
More self service now, less menu items but overall good selection of burgers and fries. Went for a late dinner, order was ready fast.
