Most closed Starbucks I know. Lost plenty of money to app orders just to stand in front of a closed store (the app will take the order unless they mark the change in hours or closing).

Recently, I have been going to starbucks and not getting treated how I used to. There is usually attitude and it isn’t a very pleasant experience. On top of that, my drinks and food have not been made right and when I say that, it doesn’t seem to be a great response. Not sure i’ll be coming back.

I’m a regular! Come here every Friday and Saturday! But this morning was treated with so much attitude after just asking what time they’ll open since they are usually open by 7.40! Guess they’re understaffed however I asked very nicely and didn’t deserve the attitude that was given to me. I just wanted to know since they’re usually open by this time.

Everyone that works here are so friendly and know all about the drinks. Def me fav Starbucks location.

Very good Starbucks.....never screw up you payments or orders like so many do. It is always amazing to me that a place that 90% of the patrons use the app that the cashiers don't know how to do the transactions......not at this location!! They are well trained.

Order a VT Carmel Cappuccino recieved literally half of cup coffee and majority of suds . I always go to this Starbucks to before work will not buy Starbucks at this location. Before you get your coffee guys make sure you check your cup.

Just finished waiting 25 minutes for my mobile order. Two blueberry muffins, which take all of 30 seconds to warm up in their oven. I waited in the mobile order pick up line long enough for the crowd of customers to recycle about 3 times, about 20 minutes. While waiting for my order, I watched the staff member in charge of tending to mobile orders put stickers on to-go bags for about 15 minutes. During the entire time, he only helped one guest while I was there. I think he became intimidated once the line started stacking up with over 7+ customers, so he just decided to avoid eye contact with all of us as we waited. Finally, after 12 minutes or so, the gentleman next to me asked the staff member about his order and was told that the female staff member in charge of warming pastry items/sandwiches had several orders stacked up and was behind, but insisted that she was working on his order. I then I asked about my order and was told the same thing. After the entire mobile order line cleared and I was still waiting, I noticed that there were two pastry items sitting on the counter in the back, ready to go in their paper carriers. I thought, "Oh great, my order is ready. Surely the female staff member would deliver it over to me shortly". After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked the staff member in charge of filling mobile pick up orders to go check the counter, while pointing to him to see if that was my order sitting on the back counter next to the drive-thru window (he had gone back to putting stickers on the to-go bags since he desperately didn't want to help any guests). Of course it was my order, cold by now. He brought over my cold muffins, offering no apology, no sorry for the long wait, nothing. After I turned to walk out, the manager (who was at a table filling out paperwork with another employee this entire time - probably not the best time during morning rush) asked if I was waiting on anything else. Taken back a bit, since this was the first time anyone had offered to help me since I stepped into the building, I told him that I had just waited nearly 30 minutes for two cold muffins. The manager offered two $5 gift cards for next time... I don't want gift cards, I want my money back. And I'd like to know how the Starbucks 5 minutes down the road, at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd, can consistently fill this exact same order in under 8 minutes with twice the traffic and half of the square footage. Save yourself the headache, drive 5 minutes further down the road to the Connexion location or the Starbucks on the corner of Old Alabama & Haynes Bridge. This is not my first bad experience at this location but it will definitely be my last.

this starbucks was supposed to be open and was closed when we arrived. going to dunkin’ for rest of lifetime…

Drove by today and they are open again (but it looks like they close at 2pm everyday)! So happy. This is my favorite Starbucks and the one closest to me. The staff is always friendly, and they make mobile orders quickly
