Becoming very slow. Long waits to order. Barista can handle only one order at a time.
Today got 2 frapuccino and a grande cappuccino. Cappuccino was nothing but a hot water ? and thr was not even taste of coffee in it!! Had the worst coffee of my life!!! Very disappointed with Starbucks
Every Starbucks I go to I ordered a dopio espresso. The employees kindly add the cream and sugar. However to day at this particular location the young lady who was wearing the the black history shirt ( No name tag that was the only identifying factor)decided that was not anything she was able to accommodate.Customer service sure has gone down hill.
They never make the drinks with consistency, what one day may be good will be totally different the next day. Ordered a shaken brown sugar oatmilk espresso and it came out like this, obviously not shaken and taste and looks nothing like how these drinks usually do when I get them. Had to toss it smh.

Staff here charged me for extra drink and refused to refund me my money. They gave me a free drink card but still its like i paid for it any ways. Never going to this place again.
