Been going here for an year and ordering the same beverage, this morning it was the weakest coffee ever and they didn’t seem to understand what caffeinated means. Do I want to go back? There are plenty other stores around time to start looking.
Consistent, never crowded and the baristas are always exceptionally pleasant! Love this location!
This place is great aside from the long line in the morning. If you’re not in a rush it’s a good time! Especially when kiki is working at the window they always have some wisdom and positivity to impart :)
Showed up at 6:30AM on 3/16 and the doors were locked and employees focusing on drive through only. No attempt made to open up and no signage indicating closure. I get the feeling everytime I go to this location that they feel I am fortunate they are there to serve me.
This review is directed to the afternoon staffing. The morning staff is wonderful. We’ve been frequenting this location for years now. The afternoon staff competency nosedives off a cliff. Drinks (with no special requests) fixed incorrectly and rude customer interaction. The latest was a dollar upcharge for a sweetener substitution NOT addition. When I questioned this charge, the barista said that Starbucks was raising prices and she laughed at me ?. We will be sure to avoid this location after shift change…
I personally adore this Starbucks. The baristas have the best hospitality and overall contagiously positive attitude I've witnessed compared to all of the other Starbucks I've visited. I look forward to returning!
This Starbucks is a renovated bank and is always friendly and fast. Love Starbucks! Our favorite is the Egg Bites, especially the Bacon and Gruyère Cheese Egg Bites. We buy our coffee beans here too. Our favorite is Komodo Dragon, which is a blend.
Very slow service...my order was completely wrong...I complained the next time I was in they Never even offered to replace them for free.Thid particular location is always closed due to covid.
I ordered Venti Caramels Machiatto with my rewards and then gave me only 2/3 of portion in it. So disappointing.. ?
I almost lost my faith in Starbucks up until today. I am very delighted with my experience at this location. They take time to make sure that your drink is made exactly how you want it.
