This is my favorite Starbucks - they are consistently open during advertised hours. A huge plus during the pandemic. It's in a safe area with shopping within walking distance. The food and coffee are always fresh, hot and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the turkey bacon egg white. It is affordable while meeting my dietary restrictions and is quite tasty. The staff always handle my needs efficiently and accurately. Overall this store is an easy and relaxing place to eat while charging up and catching up.
To the barista working the drive-thru window who said: “I like Mondays because they’re just an opportunity to make the rest of the week great!” Thank you! Thank you for that sweet reminder when my Monday hasn’t been going so great. Oh, and I guess the coffee is pretty good, too! :-)
The staff was so friendly!!!! My caramel macchiato was amazing!!! Thanks for getting my day started right!!!
A decent, calm, peaceful Starbucks in neighborhood to get some quality "me" time.Good seating both inside and outside. The staff were wearing some brand promotional attire on my day of visit. They were polite, quick in service.I did not try their free wifi service.
Nice location - not too crowded, drinks took a while to be made not sure if there was a large order on the drive thru.
Visited the drive thru to redeem my birthday reward and was happily greeted and served by Katie. Her bubbly personality and birthday wishes were a ray of sunshine to the otherwise dreary morning. The drink was made perfectly as well ? Thank you!
Typical Starbucks, but definitely suggest going inside to avoid the long drive-through line in the morning. Internally, you walk in and out within minutes and see the same cars still waiting as you drive off. Overall, it is a pretty easy access and quick process to get through. I would suggest going out of your way to pick this location over others that can have long lines.
Last Friday I had a bad experience with my matcha green tea latte. The person who made it filled my cup only half full and the rest was just foam. I went back to the place to tell her, and she told me it wasn't her fault and she offered to make me another one. The other one she made, it was exactly the same. Therefore I decided to just leave. I filled half the other with that tea and just formed a cup. I've bought loads of matcha green tea lattes from other locations and never been served like this before. I suppose if you pay for a coffee or tea it is to drink it whole and not half.
This store is full of lovely employees who are friendly and efficient. I place a mobile order about every other day and my drink has never been wrong. They’ve closed the cafe inside (I’m guessing out of an abundance of caution for rising COVID cases) and despite this, it took me less than 10 minutes today to get through the drive thru to get my mobile order and I started ALL the way at the back of the line that stretched to the road. I’m so glad that it seems like Starbucks cares enough to protect their employees so I really don’t mind waiting my turn in line! :)
Starbucks mobile app says "In Store" and "Drive-Thru" but when you place a mobile order and you get to the store, the doors are not open and they make you go through the drive through anyway. I understand COVID is causing staffing problems. But don't let me place a mobile order and then let me park, walk up to the door, then go back to my car, drive around the building just to get in the drive through lane. Just change your store status to show drive through only. This is now a common occurrence at Starbucks. Service is almost non existent at Starbucks these days. I have even found stores to be closed completely after the app let me place a mobile order. Customer service non-existent. Email unanswered. I lost my money with no way to get it back. Starbucks is close to losing me as a customer permanently.
