This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. We stayed at a neighboring hotel and walked over. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and did not see them make a single coffee in the first 20. Not sure if their understaffed or just slow but I would never come back to this Starbucks.
I love it and it’s obvious why, my go to is a (size of choice) strawberry creme frappe w/ 1.5 scoops of vanilla bean powder, choc drizzle and optional expresso powder (which I don’t do) NEVER lets me down ❤️
Went here a few times while staying in the nearby hotels. It is your normal expected Starbucks experience. Friendly workers, good coffee made correctly, normal food. Not a ton of sitting space indoors but plenty enough as there were always tables empty. Decent sized outdoor patio.
One of the worst stores in the area. On weekends, the store frequently fails to open on time and often is out of breakfast food I order. Yesterday, I went to the store at around 9:30 a.m. and they were closed! Starbucks needs to up its game or just close the store.
Always makes sure that my order is right and that’s the way I like it. Favorite Starbucks spot and the stag is always friendly.
Its not open to the public unless you go through drive thru based on my experience at 7 am on a Monday morning. Wasted 5 minutes since it said it was open according to google only to be turned away.
The posted hours listed they were open to 8pm but they told us they were closed when we went through the drive-thru at 6:25pm. Weird that they would talk to us when they were closed…
Many people working. No organization. Does not seem to be anyone in charge.
Went from a great place to get a cup of coffee to a very poor one. Location is great but this store consistently is terrible at customer service and desire to be open since the pandemic started. I used to love this place and the baristas working and it’s a delicate shell of what it used to be. Every single time I come here, I’m always disappointed.
Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no answer. When I called they said the coffee isn’t ready yet but they’ve been open for 2 hours. The person on the phone was rude and told me to go to another location with no other solution for wasting my time.
