It took nearly 30 minutes to service an order of PLAIN Uttapam and Chicken Dum Biryani.The lady who took the order asked me if I wanted Onion Uttapam to which I replied, "not onion, PLAIN Uttapam."I was tired at the end of day of travelling which started at 6 am and it was 5 pm with no lunch.So I came home and opened the box to find an ONION UTTAPAM WHICH WAS BURNT BLACK.I scraped the burnt portion before I took the pictures.Part 2.Two batata wadas.Onions and spicy like there's no tomorrow.Enough.No more food from these folks.I wonder what's in store for me in the Biryani.It sure is ominous because she asked me spice level..How can spice level be adjusted in a real DUM biryani??
If you like jarring red color in your food then go for it! For me that's a big no... So not going again...I like their idlis though.. Owners if you're reading this ...color is extremely harmful and food can be tastier without it!! Please don't do this!
Staffs are not nice. Went early around the open time in order to buy some urgent groceries. The way they reacted. Don't like it. Not sure i will go ever again to buy urgent groceries. They can't show their frustrations to the customers.

Amazing food! Have tried quite a few things from here over time and each dish just tasted awesome. They are flavorful, well-cooked, and satiating. Treat for your palates! Just one disappointment - quantity is slightly less.

I would give it a negative score if there was option. The manager is rude and obnoxious. Purchased an appliance from the store which did not work ( the plug will not go into the electric outlet). He refused to take a return - I had the receipt - which is their stated policy.

Wonderful take out Indian spot. Everything is excellent flavor and the portions are quite large. And you've got to try the Bhendi Fry! So good!
