Overdosed on sugar! We went to the Crabapple location last night for the very first time and ordered 2 smoothies (paid $9.00), the worst experience EVER! It was like drinking pure liquid sugar. We both felt ill. We will NEVER be back again. It was AWFUL. We want a full refund!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

While I don’t mind the watered down smoothies, I did not like the customer service today. I understand they typically hire teenagers (we’ve gone quite a bit), but today was especially rude. When my daughter and I walked in, both ladies did not say a word, nor did they immediately serve us:( one reluctantly came to the register while still texting and when she finally put down her phone, still said nothing. I had to say something to her. After repeating twice that I wanted a small, she asked what size I wanted and still gave me a medium!! Again, totally understand hiring teens (that part is awesome), but still hold them to high standards. Put the phone down when customers enter and acknowledge customers when they come in. It was seriously rude how we were treated upon arrival-even my 8 year old said something in the car.

Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. This store puts far too much ice in the smoothies and I almost think their motive is to save on ingredients. Because they add far too much ice to my smoothies every time I go (I go much less now bc of this), I politely asked the employee to go light on the ice, and I think out of spite, he went heavier! My three smoothies were super pale pink and completely diluted and flavorless. I don't even know what else to say except that this location, especially, has lost a few customers. I'll no long be buying smoothies at this location as I'm tired of being had.....
This location should be named ICE King. It weakens its smoothies with ICE so if you want an extremely watered down and weak tasting Muscle Punch or Angel Food smoothie, then this location is your spot!!! If you prefer not to blow $30 on ice for 4 people, then AVOID this location.
