Main impression is not worth $9 just for the sandwich. But quality was good. Taste as expected. 25 min wait.
Fantastic! I have been so excited for this place to open it exceeded my expectations.
Not a good start, ordering on app isn’t available at times and when it was working they were out of chocolate for shakes. There is no way to add condiments to your order on the app and when I asked for some ketchup it seemed like I annoyed the person at window. The drive through area feels very narrow for a brand new location. The burger wrapped in lettuce was good with perfect about of salt but it had way too much lettuce on it. I could only find nutritional information online but not what the actual ingredients in the food are.
$25 for 2 single patty burgers, 1 order of Buffalo fries, 1 small drink, 1 large drink = overpriced for what you get.We left feeling like we just had a snack and not a meal. You can go to Burger Fi, Lucky's Burgers, or Five Guys and get a more fulfilling meal for the same price or less.And on top of that, the burger was burnt.I've heard a lot about Shake Shack but compared to other Burger joints, it doesn't live up to the hype.
We went around 11:30 today, and the wait wasn't bad. The food and shake were excellent! I definitely will be coming back to try something new.
Just got back from SHAKE SHACK in Alpharetta Georgia . The hamburgers are not 1/3 as good as RHEAS IN ROSWELL, and RHEAS IS a lot less expensive. I ordered a double cheeseburger , cheese bacon fries… the cheese tasted like the kind you squirt out of a can and 7 crumbles of small pieces of bacon . I ordered my aunt a hotdog. It took me 3 mins to convince the cashier that they could put onions on the hotdog. 3 minutes, of her telling me that they do not serve onions on hotdogs …. But they DO SERVE ONIONS ON THE HAMBURGER. I really thought I was on a hidden camera show . I got a large coke ( a medium size at any fast food restaurant)and chocolate shake( over $4.00) and it was only one size small. I would put Bruster’s Dairy Queen, Baskin Robins, Backyard Burgers , and Chick -fil-A up against Shake Shacks chocolate milk shake . It was the only one I tasted but I am a betting man flavor for flavor. Shake shack comes in last.Not much of a variety….. maybe it was only me but a business named Shake Shack you would think had more than6 or 7 choices.Backyard burgers down the street from Shake Shack has a lot of choices of shakes . I don’t want to be the bad guy , but this places is really bad compared to what all you can choose to eat around Alpharetta, Roswell.I wish them well but once is enough!!! Never again
I've tried to order on the app since this location opened but has been "unavailable for online orders" so I went by today at 11:30 am and at least 10 people waiting outside. I went thru the drive thru and of course it's only for app orders and they turned that off "cause they've been slammed "
I ordered a mobile order, receive a text the order was ready, but a customer refused to leave the window and blocked all other customers from getting their order until their food was ready - over 20 minutes! Shake Shack served us cold fries, cold burgers, and totally melted custard. I understand the customer would not move from the window, but over 15 cars were stuck in the line unable to escape with the drive-up layout. The manager should have called the cops on that customer to clear the line and sent the workers outside to hand out the dinners. We paid for old food and had to wait in line again to get another custard. The workers were stressed out also.
Finally open! Huge crowd and even though drive thru "app" window not open, it was worth the wait! AND, for every burger purchased today, Shake Shack will donate $1 to Dream Weavers, a very worthy non -profit in Alpharetta. So excited about this place opening here in Alpharetta! First day open and the food was great and actually pretty quick for how busy it was. You can order on a tablet or with the cashier which was really convenient. Will be frequenting this place often!
