I had a catering order in for my daughter's fourth birthday. When we arrived it was not only not ready but not able to be located. After sharing the confirmation and it being the correct location and time we had to wait for them to make the food and my husband missed at least an hour of our daughters birthday party. It was EXTREMELY disappointing and frustrating and NOTHING was offered to make up for it.
What a delicious french dip I had today! There was a simple mistake with my order and the manager was so wonderful about fixing it. Happy employees make me want to come back too.
Dining area is still close (I’ll come back to that). Had to go through drive through. Mic on drive through was nearly unintelligible so ordering was frustrating. Ordered two combo meals and 2 pack of Cinnabons. They had to check if they still had any at 3:30pm. Received order. Rootbeer was flat so had to drive back. Knocked on door, guy inside at seating area sat there and watched me while he ate - I assume he was on break. Finally got replacement drinks - not original request. 15 mins later, got back to car and told son he should eat while it was hot and then also discovered several hundred yards down the road they hadn’t put Cinnabon ($6.99 2-pack) in the bag either. When I went back, no one would answer the door so had to stand in the drive through. Told the staff that it had not been a great experience and mentioned the staff eating inside could have been more helpful (both times I had to come back), he instead of just saying sorry I hope we can make it better, he tried to ramble off a bunch of excuses, including the guy inside didn’t help because he was a customer (see above comment). One of the sandwiches was decent (#7) other pretty lackluster (#6).Strongly recommend the company or franchisee monitor the staff and service levels at this location. Lots of options - Popeyes and McDonalds on both sides - and a plethora of others just down the street.Disappointed to say the least.
Food was good, but the curbside service was not. I called like sign said upon arrival, and no one answered. I finally had to go inside to pick up my order, but they couldn't find it at first. It seemed chaotic and disorganized, but the food was hot and fresh.
My serving of Sweet tea caused a national sugar shortage, surely. I like sweet tea but couldn't handle theirs. Eveentually cut it by about half with unsweetened. It was beginning to be barely tolerable. Trashed it.
Best place to get a sandwich. Forget the sub shops, there is no comparison. Ingredients are incredibly fresh and you get an overstuffed sandwich the way you want it.
Good food but staff was having issues between each other (arguing).

The staff at this store are fantastic. There was a problem with my order and they went far beyond what they had to do in order to make it right. Perfect!
Very rude customer service! I asked her to give us a minute for order..she was bad mouthing and left immediately and never came back. We left with hungry. That too when I went with family. I wish at least they respect the family. If you want to get insulted, go here!
