This location used to be great when they first opened. The service level has dropped and they have reduced their portion sizes. They give you one small scoop of each ingredient. I asked for more diced tomatoes and was told that a third scoop would cost .50. Really? A whole salad with 2 tsp of diced tomatoes is ridiculous. I'm done with this location. It is not worth the money. They won'tlast now, once word gets out.
Wonderful salad / service. $22 for salad and tea is a bit pricey.

My wife had a reward for free salad.the cashier guy initially said it totaled out to be free, but then after punching some numbers in, he then said she had to pay $6.Like what? that's sketchy.She basically asked to explain what happened but without giving straight answer, he just said to call customer service.what? you don't know what you just did to con my wife out of $6?she did actually end up calling customer service, and they confirmed that it was entirely the cashier's fault.That was an unnecessary use of 20 minutes for something that should have been easily fixed on the spot.We can't tell if he did it on purpose or if he really didn't know what he just did to screw up the total.I'm sure the rest of the staff there is fine, but basically, check your totals... speaking both to the staff and the customers.
Ate here last Friday February18th, my second time eating here. The service was good, the problem was the salad. First off there was a big piece of plastic mixed in, not sure how that was not seen when they were mixing my salad. I was on my lunch break and was too tired and hungry to return it. 2nd, that evening and that whole weekend I had terrible nausea and diarrhea. I am still dealing with stomach pain and nausea. It had to have been the salad because that was the only thing I had eaten. I will never eat here again.
I ordered small bowl there,they asked me pay for regular bowl when I check out. Bcos they use regular box! Shall I pay for small or regular ? Of course small! And cashier get unfriendly. Well ! Not my problem! Next time plz use a small box for me. I don’t want to take extra food from u like I steal food.it makes me feel bad.
The quality of all the ingredients was honestly really good. Between all of us we had a salad, a wrap, and some soup. All were great.But confusion and lack of attention on the staff's part put a damper on things. It took a full committee to figure out where the drink cups were. Half the teas/lemonades on tap were gone.There was no toilet paper or soap in the men's room. Nobody budged to so anything about it while we were there either, even though staff just about outnumbered customers.I know labor is tough right now, but Kilwins has an army of really friendly and competent people there today. So they exist.
Always a good fresh salad. Easy and simple. Delicious. Quick. More adjectives that are good for Salata.
I LOVE this place but this is the second time I’ve come and the kale is rotten. When I asked if there’s any fresh kale I’m told I’m sorry that’s all we have. Management shouldn’t allow this to be visible let alone sold to customers. This is unacceptable!
This location used to be very good.The Salata application now has an incorrect inventory of available items and when I ask the manager to resolve this, I am told they will "send an email" about it. Really?Today when I went in to order, I was told by one of the kids behind the counter that they cannot mix the salad together with the salad dressing anymore. When I pressed them on this issue it turns out that they just don't want to wash the bowls at the end of the day. WHAT? REALLY?Come on manager of this location. Please seriously start caring about your customers again like the old days. Good gosh!
