Really enjoyed the food, the stuffed mushrooms and the petite filet were very good. One small complaint was that we asked for the bacon on the side for the wedge salad and the brussels sprouts, and it was not on the side for either dish. It wasn't a huge deal, and it seemed to be an issue in the kitchen rather than with the server. The wine we ordered initially was not available which was a bummer, the ipad should have an updated inventory automatically, but the server did go the extra mile in trying to find a suitable replacement bottle, she was very nice and definitely added to the experience. I would go back!
The food has always been great at all of the locations that we have visited. This was the best service yet, Meme was amazing, offered great suggestions , all while being very professional and friendly. Meme MADE our familyâs dining experience!
Stephanie was outstanding as our server. She was attentive and personable. As always, the food was excellent. The barbecue shrimp dinner is a great addition to the menu.

Overall, our experience at Ruthâs Chris Steak House was outstanding! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the hostess until the moment we left the experience was wonderful! First of all we were seated in a great spot far away from a large group located in another room. Our waiter was very attentive, courteous, and professional. He kept our drinks replenished throughout dinner. We both ordered the ribeye steak and unfortunately, our steaks arrived slightly overcooked (we both requested medium cooked steaks but they ended up arriving as medium well). Probably the result of placing them on 500 degree plates! However, it was not a deal breaker on our end as they were both very delicious. We agreed that our salads and side dishes were also quite tasty. After we finished our meal, our waiter brought out a chocolate mousse to celebrate our wedding anniversary! It was a very pleasant experience!
We had not been to this Ruthâs Chris location in several years and this time it just felt âdifferentâ in some ways. Kind of a âstiffâ unfriendly atmosphere, no employees were smiling or overly friendly, and restaurant just had a very blah vibe. Steaks were very good, but sides were small portions and just ok. Would have been better if staff was more welcoming, friendly and genuine. Very pricey overall and not the value we were expecting.
Looking forward to a special meal on Father's Day, was disappointed with the quality and taste of the petite filets for both myself and my daughter. My wife said hers was OK. I expect a better product for the price at a place like Ruth's Chris. The sides and the desserts were very tasty. Overall, a good meal but not a great one as was anticipated.
The food was as expected all though my steak was not cooked as ordered (medium).. Steak came out well done and had to be done over. Overall good experience but wife started eating before me because of the steak issue. There was a male server that was very nice but extremely loud talking with other patrons which diluted my experience.
Dinner and service was great as expected.
