I frequent this superb restaurant many times. The service is very efficient. Not to mention, the food they cook is good.
Nasty! Fries wasn’t fresh and was cold! Tenders was undercooked and fatty! Didn’t have to wait long and prices aren’t too expensive, they also wasn’t mean or rude and gave me a refund right away because of the dissatisfaction! 2 stars due to that, wouldn’t come back here!
I'd leave 0 if possible. Waited almost 15 min for a baked potato that the guy put on the side and forgot about it. No apology or anything. Just went back and asked for refund and he issued a partial refund with no apology again and then threw the receipt on the corner didn't even look up once. Sorry but if you hate your job go do something else.
The food quality was great. I ordered their famous combination flavors of bbq and sour cream and onion. Absolutely tasty and never had same thing anywhere else.
Customer service didn’t like the reviews from others previously. I came to store and had great customer service. The store was busy at the time with multiple people were waiting for their food. Three people worked at store and they were non stop working.
I stoped at store on Thursday night right. This mall is having management issue. The website shows mall closes at 8pm but most of store closes at 7pm including Chick Fil A. But I’m glad Potato Corner was still open and they always have fresh food made to order. Thank you!
Other than the food being pretty good just be aware the customer service not always being the best which might be a understatement but I've never been one to be too rude unlike some.
Food was okay. Customer service was terrible. Everyone else seems to complain about the same guy perhaps he has a lot going on. I hope the owners can check in on this guy and see if there’s anyway the issues can be resolved. First time eating here and definitely my last.
The food is good but the cashier threw the ketchups on the counter when I asked for ketchup. It’s unnecessary and unacceptable. Why hire people like that!
If I could leave a zero stars I would. I ordered a simple order of tater tots at 6:58 (I know because I received a text at the same time). At 7:22 I got back in line to enquire about it and some guy named Victor was completely rude and got an attitude saying they had a long line come up after I ordered.....how is this my problem. So I asked to just be refunded. He proceeded to do such but had an attitude. Will not be returning.
