Came here for lunch, and ordered two nugget COMBOS and a chicken sandwich, and didnt get any fries or biscuits. there were also around 5 cars in the drivethrough line and it took an hour. we waited the full hour just to be let down when we didnt get all the food we ordere, and was charged for it. i also asked them for frozen strawberry lemonade and they claimed they didnt have it, but then i saw it through the window. horrible popeyes
The only Popeyes I’ve EVER been to to get my order completely right, Fresh, juicy, hott, packed full.. just perfect! They were so busy too. They didn’t have the fish sandwich which is what I was craving but dang the chicken sandwich is FIRE! the person that helped me is awesome. Gave me some mustards to try and an apple pie! With how busy they were, he was super patient. I wish I lived closer to this Popeyes cause I’d definitely be back, thank you!!! A+
Wow, so disappointed. Food was "meh". I've had worse fast food. Point is that the food I received met my expectations.The thing is that the two employees visible in the drive thru window were in uniforms that appeared to have missed a couple of wash cycles. This was at 1120 in the afternoon. What's worse is that my vehicle sits extremely high. So I can see all behind the counter and most of the floor between the window and far wall. That was not a couple of hours of filth. You can't convince me that the restaurant was cleaned before locking the doors the night before.May you rest in peace Al Copeland. Your legacy is diminishing.
So I’m giving this store a 5 ⭐️ for the simple fact that it was being manned by 1 person (MJ) who had a great attitude and was multitasking throughout the store. They get 0 stars ? however for leaving this person alone. He needs a raise or at least a bonus for still choosing to work in these conditions.Great Job MJBad Job ??
I don’t usually leave reviews but it’s necessary for this location and specific worker, this male worker with blue female weave in his hair gave every single person in the drive thru the absolute worse attitudes, literally for no reason. He wouldn’t say your welcome to me until i said Thank you to him the 3rd time. I had to repeat my thank you to get a response. I dnt understand why this Popeyes continues to hire terrible customer service workers. I only get this type of service and energy at this Popeyes. Alpharetta is a great place but this Popeyes always has the worse workers!
I went to the DRIVE THRU at 9:20 pm no one was there, the employee states “We’re CLOSED” I stated. The store advertises 10:00 pm close time. Her response “Ma’am We are SHORT STAFFED” this was very unprofessional, and inconvenient for customers to experience.
Honestly, the worst Popeyes I’ve been too and I love Popeyes. New management is needed ASAP!!! The inside was closed so I had to wait in the drive thru for a long time. I got the wrong order 3 times! 3 times!!! All I wanted was 2 pieces of chicken. This place needs to be shut down or replaced by an entire new staff. First and last time
Food is good but worst service ever! You literally have to wait hours to get your food regardless you do drive thru or delivery.
I understand the current staff shortage, and I am sympathetic to that. But it took at least 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru last night. This store had problems prior to covid but I think I'll pass on this Popeyes location until they really get it together.
WORST POPEYES EVER!!! Waiting in the drive thru over 45 minutes then I get my food finally. Red beans and rice is not even half full. All rice barely and red beans at all. Wasted my entire damn lunch break
