Typical Papa John's. Seems run well, place is clean and I wouldn't question what I eat from there. Papa John's though so there are no coupons discounts or deal of the day you're going to pay for whatever it is they think it's worth.
Order placed before 10pm (confirmation email at 9:58) and it was never delivered before the restaurant closed and we were unable to get through on the automated system.
Worst pizza ever!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Papa John’s has went way down hill. Ordered thin crust and that’s ok but we didn’t order thin toppings and teaspoon of sauce. No flavor what so ever. Barely anything on the pizza, if you can even call it a pizza, Taste terrible! We will NEVER order Papa John’s again!
Service is fast, but pizza quality is not consistent. Cheese and toppings are not sufficient for the price being charged. I shouldn’t see patches of no cheese, or slices with only a single thinly sliced veggie. Regular crust has become more like a thin crust here.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Papa John's at 5665 Hwy. 9, Alpharetta is horrible! My wife ordered two pizzas last night to be delivered to our home, which is 7 minutes away. She ordered about 7:00 pm and was told the delivery would take place in 30-45 minutes. After no pizzas were delivered by 8:00 pm she called the store, only to be told it would be around 15 minutes longer. She then called about 8:20 pm, and was told the same thing. Repeated the call about 8:45, and was given the same answer. At 9:00 pm she called for the FOURTH time, only to be told by the manager, Andrew, that they "had lost the driver"!!! How do you loose a driver? When our son left our house at 7:00 am this morning, the front door was clear. When I took out the dog, about 8:30 am, there were two pizzas in boxes at the front door, together with the Papa John's receipts. How do you deliver pizzas over 12 HOURS later???? The pizzas, obviously, went straight into our garbage cans. This Papa John's Pizza store is a complete joke. The store's owner/manager, as well as Mike Mestey the Director of Operations for Papa John's, need to get their act together.
The quality of the pizza is definitely inconsistent. I just ordered one where the toppings and cheese were seriously questionable. It seems like there was more cheese in the crust than the overall pizza itself.
We ordered pizza and bread sticks. The order was correct, very good and done on time. The clerk was courteous and friendly.
This location is about 50/50 on whether you will get an outstanding pizza or something that resembles pizza. Half the time the cheese and toppings barely cover what would be the equivalent of a small pizza when ordering a large. Sometimes pieces have toppings completely missing. So just know when you order that you are flipping a coin as to whether you will enjoy your meal.
I ordered 6 pizzas for my crew and it was made Quick and cooked to perfection. The staff was awesome when I picked up my order.Thank you guys .
I have dealing with Domino's and PH, for 6 weeks now and they are spoty at best, I Called PJ'S after PH and D'S, said they can't deliver, PJ'S did and did it under their projected time. PH, definitely has better bread Stix, but what does that matter when you can't get them. PJ'S food was good, the customer service was better, the driver and manager was super professional and accommodating. I, just want to say thank you, now I know, who not to waste my time calling. Just won my loyalty. Thank you again.
