This is the second time in a row I've ordered ahead (scheduled 2 hours before delivery was needed) and had pizza arrive half an hour late and cold. I called at the scheduled time bc I hadn't received any tracking info and the pizza hadn't left yet. I was told 20 more minutes, which was still 5-10 minutes less than it took. Cold pizza, garlic sauce so cool it had to be heated to be poured. Pizza so cool it was rubbery and inedible for my toddler.

Ordered Pizza through their website and the store manager at this location in all his infinite wisdom decided to have it delivered by door dash instead of a papa john's delivery driver. Well, the door dash driver stole my order and when I contacted papa john's customer support through the website, I was directed to call the store manager at this location about the issue as this was the store my order came from, upon doing so the store manager gave me the run around about not having any drivers but door dash drivers to make deliveries and was all around rude and condescending, refused to replace my order and would only refund the order.

After dealing with Pizza Hut on Holcomb Bridge Road and their failure to deliver our order, take our cals or even show that they cancelled our order we called this Pappa Johns and we're taken care of ASAP!They actually answered the phone and delivered our pizza! Go figure that taking care of customers is a job that this Pappa Johns is happy to do!Thank you Pappa Johns!
Quick, fast, respectful, pickup. Order was fresh. Only 4 not 5 stars bc they forgot the Parm packets (I didn't pay or ask for them on pickup). First time at this location and would recommend.
