Janice and her team operate a wonderful restaurant. I travel to many of the Paneras in the Atlanta area due to the unlimited sip club and I can say this location is by far the best! Clean and delicious food.
I love Panera but they always mess up my order here and then refuse to fix it and or refund me, it has happened on two separate occasions. Terrible management, terrible customer service, I suggest going to the other one just a few minutes down the road if you would like your order prepared correctly. Good luck calling the store because even though a Panera worker answers, management will inform you that this location does not have a store phone.
I would like to know why everything is to go after lunch time. There’s no welcoming feeling here, more like “hurry up and get out.” I came around 3:30pm and place an order for here, still they packed it and gave it to me in a rush as if they were getting ready to close. Well the sign says you close at 9pm! Horrible customer service! Get it together Panera Bread!
Never ever again. First I'm not sure why it defaulted to this location after I placed the order, when I choose the Woodstock location. I paid $51 that included a $10 delivery tip. We ordered 1 signature sandwich, and a cup of Thai chicken soup. Also a you pick two. Chipotle chicken and Thai soup. Chips and bread.Everything arrived and as ordered on time. The Thai soup was basically liquid. Very little ingredients for almost $7 per cup. My Chipotle chicken barely had anything besides the bread ( see pics) the one rating was because the food was actually tasteful and the chicken sandwich was full ,but it was barely anything there on the rest of the order. To be charged more on the prices for delivery but to receive less is deceitful and unethical. Times are hard and for people to spend their money with a restaurant that did not provide a service when charging more is heartbreaking. I will.never ever order from any Panerai bread again as this was one of my favorite restaurants ever.
I absolutely love panera. And as any local have been to many locations. But this one has disappointed me three times in a row. The tables are always dirty. Saw flies on the pastries. And the final straw is the music they had on. It was song after song full of foul language. I have never heard those sorts of songs in this kind of supposedly family friendly establishment. I do not want to run the risk of having my kids with me and they hear cuss and degrading words in songs.
They have removed a lot of their sandwiches off the menu. Also they were out of picked red onions, but didn't inform me until after my sandwich came out. Greek salad was good as usual
I placed an online order to be picked up at this location earlier. This experience made it pretty clear I cannot rely on the website to present an accurate inventory. During the ordering process, I had to replace a sandwich due to the cart page stating it was out-of-stock. It seemed like if I was being prompted for a substitution at that point, I figured I could count on everything else to be fulfilled without issues. Of the 4 items included in the processed order (2 sandwiches, a soup, and a bagel), EVERYTHING else had undesired substitutions (a salad, a different soup, and macaroni). The e-mail receipt noted that "should an issue occur, we'll do our best to replace, substitute or work with you on arrival to adjust the order to your liking." The staff didn't bother to consult me regarding their proposed substitutions. They simply put everything in the bag I picked up, failed to contact me at the phone number associated with my account, or even note the substitutions on the packing slip. Thankfully, when I went back to confront them about the order, they were willing to make things right and refunded the entire order without much hassle. I will probably avoid ordering online with Panera going forward.
This particular Panera franchise has become a hideaway for my daughter and I. We love to visit in the evenings. Jamar, one of the friendly staff, always provides kind service with a smile and a song. The food is ever-fresh and we are always made to feel like we are visiting family! Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a seat!
First time ordering this pizza and wow!! Disappointed is a understatement. This is unacceptable
Friendly helpful staff, fast service, lots of room to enjoy good food. Ordered dine in and to go food. The breakfast wraps were delicious. Nice way to await the expected snowmaggedn.
