Food was good and service was ok. It is never great. Drinks are over priced
I love coming and sitting at the bar with good food (Dynamite Roll and Egg Drop soup are my favorites) pleasant atmosphere and friendly conversation with other customers. Nina and Holly always have my favorite drink ready when I sit down.And I always feel taken care of by the whole staff. It's a bit of a drive for me, but it's always worth it.
We sat at the table for 20 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted a glass of water and was a bit slow after that. Fortunately the food was good as usual.
My sister andI have a PF Chang's tradition. We get dinner there about every other month. Last night was one of the best. Our server Nomi, was hands down - one of the best servers we've ever had at any restaurant. She brought me fresh tea before I ever had to ask! (Major points because I'm renown for being "high maintenance " with myiced tea!) The starters were perfect and my entree was presented EXACTLY as I asked. Nomi has a sparkling & warm personality. She needs to be training staff at a corporate level. She is one of those persons who is 2 steps ahead of her customers. She seems to know what you'll ask for next. We could see all her tables were in a great mood, because she exudes such positive energy. One of our best sister dinners ever :)
PF Changs is our favorite place to eat! We used to go to the one at Cumberland mall... we now go to this one and love it! It is one of the places that has consistency across all of their restaurants, and the quality of the food and the quality of the service is always great! We highly recommend!
Great ambiance and food options. A good place to hang out with friends. Vegetarian options are available in appetizers and main course.Wall of Chocolate is a must-try if you are into chocolate cake.
Cool vibe. Some of the staff is a little underwhelming, mostly because they seem a bit overwhelmed. Food is fine, a bit too salty in places a bit too greasy in others.. but par for the course with a chain restaurant. Perhaps with a few changes in a few key areas in the kitchen or on the floor they may be able to rise above the mediocre and make this location something more substantial.

It was my first time here and I really enjoyed the food. What was even better than the delicious braised pork ribs that I ordered was the genuine connection I made with a server named Andrew. He was funny, kind and very sweet! He is also a teacher on the side. I recommend you come to this location and ask for Andrew. I know that you wont regret it. I will definitely be back because of him.
