Always a great experience. We always sit at the bar and the service is always excellent. I have to have the kampachi and the Avalon roll every time I eat at MF. Both items never disappoint.

The food was the best ever! Fresh, and well prepared. The server, Ty, was outstanding. We love this place and the atmosphere was perfect.
It was very good but VERY expensive. Would not visit again unless special occasion - not an âany nightâ sushi place

I've visited MF Bar many times. The food and service has always been very good. My most recent visit wasn't the best experience. We showed up at 6:35 for our 6:45 reservation and were told we couldn't be seated because they were waiting for the 6:30's to show up so we waited 10 minutes--no problem. There was a booth and an end table available but were told those were reserved. When I asked how to reserve a booth I was met with blank stare. The noise level was very high due to the music being turned up too loud. It was akin to being at a pool in Miami. The food was very good as usual and the service was very good as well but---I ordered a Martini, Olives Up. The Martini came, with 1 olive which was strange but nonetheless it was ok. When I checked the bill, I realized I had been charged $2.00 for 1 olive--not a special olive but a regular olive--That's a very good way to keep me from coming back to MF Bar. A Martini comes with olives and is already expensive enough without nickel and diming me for an olive. There are other very good sushi restaurants close by that will now get my business. Screwing over loyal customers by being aloof and stingy won't foster the loyalty or reviews you hope for.
We had a friend from Vietnam in town. This is his favorite place to come when he visits. The sushi and sashimi at MF are perfection. Worth every penny. This restaurant deserves six stars. Five isnât enough!!!

Great drinks! Definitely pricey, but most good sushi places are. Sushi was good, but I've had better.
