Stopped by this old time ice parlor for a cooling bite to eat. Their ice cream is outstanding. Cute atmosphere decorated with movie posters.
There card machine was down and they let me go with it on the house. Great service and very friendly people!! Will definitely be back again for the great people!!
My kids love this place!! The staff is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure our kids are comfortable and happy!? Our most recent visit at Menchies was amazing! One of the employees, Lilly, got my kids chalk and stickers and talked to them so kindly, it’s the small things that make this place stand out from other ice cream places
We just had Munchie’s Frozen Yogurt! It was our first time into this store and this location. It was fairly crowded for 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon. The store is located next to Kroger in the windward commons shopping center complex. The store had cakes you can buy as well as plenty of seating. We sat outside, as it felt super nice outside. They had about 10 to 12 flavors to choose from and then lots of toppings. I have pictures I will post of the toppings and the fresh fruit. The fruit was extremely fresh tasting and someone was putting out new or more as we were fixing our bowls. They also had several types of things like chocolate fudge, marshmallow crème and about whatever you would want. Of course we have over eat and got too much. It is a bit pricey for me. You will see our two bowls and it was a little over 15$. It’s priced by weight. The price is a little to high for me… hence the four star rating.
This place is horrible. I have never had a worse experience with staff at a Frozen Yogurt establishment. You are all rude and unruly and fail to do the bare minimum. Definitely need to up your game if you ever want my business again.

UNHELPFUL & RUDE STAFF!The frozen yogurt was really good, but the check out experience was horrible. Rude staff. Attitude was unhelpful and argumentative. Hasn’t always been like this. Eaten here before with no issues. I think they have new staff.
The older gentleman who worked here when I came with my friend was the highlight of my day. I rarely see customer service this good and I felt so great even at a place as simple as menchie’s. The selection and cleanliness is also amazing here! Definitely recommend!
Put most toppings away a whole half hour before closing then had no credit card machine out for customers to swipe themselves. Handling cards during a pandemic? No thanks will not return.
