3 items in order were wrong. Was specific when I ordered still given wrong food. No condiments. Last trip was not given condiments either...
I waited for half an hour to pick up a mobile order inside as 4 different Uber eats drivers came in, got their food and left and at least 10 cars were served their food. I was just flat out ignored.
Honestly love this McDonalds! The staff is always friendly and efficient! Hard to say this but the service is better than ChickFila down the road.
The manager was very nice and friendly. By far my favorite McDonald's! Most of the ice cream machines seem to be down every time I go late at night not this one that says a lot
Aside from taking 3 times as long as any other proprietor, it was good for fast food.
Always very quick. Staff is either friendly or at the very least not rude. Manager helped me out once when I ordered breakfast too late in the app.
Compared to the McDonald's off of Jimmy Carter and P'tree industrial, this McDonald's is excellent! I will drive 4.1 miles out of the way just to get better service. They get my order right every time at the drive thru. And the wait isn't terribly long. It's like Chick-fil-A runs this one location.
The McDonald's location is the best I am always there for my grandchildren & of course my self. Great service & fresh food. & always smiling ? faces & Great employees.
First time I have been back since it was remodeled. Nice to go into the dining room as many are closed. Service was quick and food was hot and as ordered. Will be back again soon.
The food is always right and the drive thru is pretty quick.
