The food was good but I encountered a very rude employee. On 7/24/22, I saw on the app that I would get free fries and a drink with a purchase, (bear in mind that I rarely eat at McDonald's so I don't know the procedure), so I decided to go there and buy food. As I got to the drive through, i had to keep saying “hello hello”, because she would randomly go mute on the other end of the speaker. eventually, she took my order. Shortly after, she looked at me with disgust as I pulled up to the window. I overlooked that.Bc I didn't know the procedure, I told her that I had a promo that said that I would get free fries and a drink with my purchased food item then she was like "why didn't you tell me at the speaker?!" I was so confused because how was I supposed to know? I kept telling her that the promo said that I would get free fries and a drink if I bought something, so I thought that I had to buy something first , scan the barcode, and then get the fries and drink! If she would've told me politely instead of rudely, then I would've been able to correct my error. I wasn't even being rude to her but she was very unfriendly so I just drove off and I heard her throw something , possibly coins(my change) on the ground behind me because I didn't collect it from her. I notified the other girl at the front window that the lady was very rude & disrespectful as she gave me my food. McDonald's Train your employees! She was a middle aged lady in a hijab at the drive thru, so if you may see her, beware. I Will never hold a grudge, but I had to comment on her utter rudeness.
Food came fast but at this location you need to check your order before you leave. Last 3 times they either had the wrong items or the order was wrong on special orders and the most common is the forgot to give us sauces for nuggets or no ketchup in the bag. The food is hot and good which is why i gave 4 stars. They need to check the order if they did it would be 5 stars.
There was a delivery truck blocking all sides of drive through ordering.Inside ordering screen took forever, didn't want to work correctly. No body at cash register so I could use my card. Late getting back to work!!!!
Very clean and bright. Person who waited on us wanted to make sure we had the best deal. :-)
I ordered their donut blossom, but it was stale. In addition, it was cold. I have tried the cinnamon roll, apple fritter, and the donut blossom. Each was cold and unappetizing. Had they been warmed, they would have been much better.
1050pm... Sat in drive thru 10 min.. they close at 11:00 there's people in there but they don't answer the drive-thru if they don't want to deal with it and get all I want is a sweet tea for what three dollars probably. You know McDonald's is the only food my dog no matter how hungry he is won't eat he just he'll smell it just just knows there's something up.UPDATE - turned off lights inside and action while sitting in the Drive-Thru after sitting there for 10 minutes looking at me wouldn't take my order for a sweet tea but yet let me wait 10 minutes and then turn the lights off.
Nice breakfast time. Many options in the menu. Fast serving.
In an area lacking decent food options, this McDonald's is your best choice unless you're up for a drive. Been going here for years and never had an issue. Food quality is consistent. Dining area is reasonably clean for a fast food joint. Drive-thru gets busy at lunchtime, but it moves quickly. The staff are always friendly.
I come to this location often, but they HAVE to figure out a way to communicate when the dining room is open or not because it is closed CONSTANTLY and no way to know u less you get out of your car and try to pull the door. It's super frustrating.I want to be understanding if there are staffing issue or people having to call sick, but please at least put something visible on the door so I can see it while driving up.
This McDonald's is steady as far as quality. It all depends on the employees. I have had minor problems when ordering coffee. But as a whole the service is okay
