Went inside to pick up a pre-ordered meal that was in clear view (sitting on the counter). I stood there patiently for 20 minutes before the worker even acknowledged me. I politely tried to get his attention and he just kept looking at me and walking back and forth past me lol this place is a complete joke. Definitely will not return.
7:30 pm Wed. Left after 7 minutes in line with 1 car ahead of me placing an order. No movement in the line for 5 minutes. At this rate with 5 cars ahead of me who already ordered - I would have been in line 20 plus minutes before getting any food. Can't understand how this site stays in business.
This McDonald's is not very good at customer service I went there on two different occasions and had bad experience both times one night around 12 am I couldnt get my app to work the lady say oh sorry then when I decided to just order the food instead of using my rewards points they turn the drive thru as well as the entire outside lights off on me and NEVER answered again over the loud speaker it was kinda embarrassing to me and felt mean n cruel so I went to waffle house next door then as I was leaving waffle house I see McDonald's had there lights on again and ppl in the drive thru
I really don't like the kiosk to place order. A person could take the order much faster. Appears the location I went to had two cooks and a person taking care of drive through. How do I order iced tea half and half? Still love the burger and ?.
The young woman on the window was so discourteous and sullen. When I mentioned she must be having a bad day, she rolled her eyes and began to give me my order in slo-motion?. When she handed the shake , she tipped it so that the whip cream would leak out and I literally had to open my car door to reach it!!!?Why do you employ childish high schoolers as the cashier if they are not personable and grateful to have a job??! ?When I come back next time, I will ask for the manager once I have her name. And it will be the last time I patronize this local business. Shame on you kid, you are just the type of River Ridge high schooler I kept my kid from. I hope the manager checks the video from time to time. Their is no explanation for the rude behavior when I'm spending my money with your establishment.?
Slow doesn’t even begin to sum it up. Slow is a compliment to how brutal this place is. If you get through drive thru in less than 20 minutes you are one of the few and the proud
Ordered 4 identical items with a few ad ons that cost extra. Only 1 of them came with what I actually paid extra for. Took 30 min to get my food and fries were beyond ice cold. I would have gone back to complain and get my order fixed but I spent my whole lunch break just waiting to get it. Wasn’t wort being late by 20+ min while they fixed it. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again.
Usually a very good place for a quick breakfast on my way to work. On this particular morning they gave me a wrong order - my fault for not checking before I drove away.
I'm so disappointed in this location of this mcdonald's! The only thing I purchased from McDonald's is a hot caramel macchiato but every time I come to this one they say their machine is not working. I'm talking every single time I come here no matter what time of the day it's ridiculous!
I'm down visiting from NY and the McDonald's people are more polite.... 3 for 3 on my visits.... Cashier & window ladies... Both responded to my enthusiastic Thank You with... Mmm hmmm!At least day friggin' Thank You! Why does Chick FIL A get this right 100%Food & Coffee Great but treat me with some friggin' respect!!So now I'm editing my review, I ordered a black coffee and put it in my cup holder and ran into the grocery store to give my coffee time to cool off a little bit so I get back from the grocery store and take a sip of my coffee and it is loaded with cream and sugar two things I do not put in my coffee when I went back to McDonald's the manager was so rude to me, she told me to throw the other coffee away without even looking at it or questioning me and then she replaced a coffee and literally slammed it down on the counter not an apology not a thank you not a comeback and say yes, almost like she was mad at me for bringing the coffee, almost like she was mad at me for bringing the coffee back.What is up with this mcdonald's, the owner should be embarrassed by his staff
