Don’t go to this McDonalds!! They don’t understand English and they are NOT friendly!! I ordered a Q pounder with cheese, he asked me twice did I want two. No just one! What did I get? A filet o fish. I’m allergic to fish!! What the hell??

This McDonalds, fulfills all the promises the McDonald's brand promises -and then, more.It took less than two minutes to:- order a, fish filet:- pay, $4.64, out of a $5 bill; &- pick up my fish !I would say the carry out crew, is: on the ball !

I stopped in for a curbside breakfast order and was impressed with the ease of ordering and picking it up. The young man who brought my order out was smiling, happy and very courteous - a nice change from a lot of other McDonalds I've been to.

Guy in the drive thru forgot my drinks then I had to go back inside. He then blamed me inside and threw his hands in the air. Totally weird and uncalled for. He could’ve said sorry and that would be good. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order here in a week then had an attitude. Won’t be back.

Drive-thru has horrible service. I been there a couple of times in the morning around 6:30am and they are so rude. They don’t even let me finish ordering. You guys need better service ?

Went to this location around 1:15pm; only one car ahead of me but the car was pulled ahead to wait for their order. I only ordered a medium Coke. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, the manager Sophia asked me to pull forward. I asked, “For a Coke?” She kept telling me that the store is having a competition. I told her that I shouldn’t have to pull forward for someone to make a Coke. She closed the drive-thru window and I could hear her saying “Oh my gosh!” and throwing up her hands. A second manager comes to the window and said the same “We’re having a competition. “ I asked was the drink machine broken. They both replied no. Finally Sophia gave me the Coke. After calling a customer complaint number, I find out later that Sophia is the store manager of that location. I would maybe expect this behavior/attitude from an employee but the store manager? I understand that they want to meet their drive-thru times, but I have to believe that customer service is more important in the long run. Do better!

The owner of this establishment clearly doesn't care about this location. They are understaffed 100% of the time. It takes 20-30 min to get through there line when there are 5 or more cars in line. All while chick fa let next door they are noving people in and out in 5-7 min with 20-30 cars in line. So please whomever owns this location spend some money on employees so you can actually be a FAST food restaurant.

So very proud of this team for their very fast, tasty fresh food this past weekend. Thank you guys??. Please keep up the good work we appreciate you guys.

The man who works the drive through is wonderful super nice I always have great Customer service at this McDonald’s thank you for making my drive through experience more pleasant

This location is always fast, very pleasant friendly and well trained staff, and accurate.Edit: fries are always very hot and crispy. Everyone knows McDonald's fries are delicious flavored, but come at a price - they have to be extremely hot or they're garbage. This location always has the hottest, freshest fries!
